As you are aware this issue has been going on since Dec 23. I won £2500 after 6 failed withdrawals. And no response. I decided to go for a lower amount. They put £500 into my bank the day after. So again go for another £500 and what do you know no money . Contacted customer services and get the same old wait 7-21 days. I am now on day 12 . I can safely say kiss good bye to the rest. It really is a scam company.

Please avoid this company its a scam. Finally, after 6 months the bank have reimbursed me £1.5k which this company tried to steal from me. First of all, they would take months and come out with excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long for a withdrawal. Then after around 10 weeks, the money reappeared. They thought I would try and give it back to them. I just withdrew it again. After another 10 weeks and hundreds of exchanges with these conmen, they closed my account so I couldn't contact them. I finally got my money I tried to withdraw reimbursed by my bank. DO NOT USE THEM. It took a lot of persistence and time but I got it back. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

Please avoid this site I have been waiting almost a month for them to payme. Customer service is non existent I have messaged numerous times without any reply. I really don't know what else I can do, they should be shut down

Avoid this scam website. They take money even from third parties and are aware of it, but it's only when you start winning that they find excuses to revoke your winnings and refuse to pay out. Instead of just refunding all your deposit they will only give you the refund back for that day only when you win, not when you lose. Many people are facing this issue. I recommend that all victims of this fraud unite and submit claims to get our money.

Dirty filthy casino. Any substantial win and they don't pay out. The chat is ignorant and rude. They close conversation when your not finished talking with them. Stay away from these absolute leaches. There emails amd phone number are fake. Never once have they replied to me. I've tried to close my account numerous times. Talking atleast 15 - 20 times only to let me continue loosing money. The features are rigged never pay over 30 x. It's all a scam. The website needs closing down IMMEDIATELY! I will be putting a formal complaint in with gambling commission. They have no customer care whatsoever. Do not spend your money with this casino they will do everything they can to keep your money or make you loose it all. Dirty tactics. Spawn of the devil. Go to a reputable casino not this cock roach infested dump.

I only gave 1 star because it won’t let me do a minus!!. Massive fraud going on here. Waited 6 months for a withdrawal to keep being told they are investigating, doing checks for fraudulent accounts. These are the biggest fraudsters in the web. Amazingly once the funds were put back to my account because of some stupidly worded email which made no sense at all, I played the duds as I was never going to get the funds, I never got a scatter feature after wagering £400. AVOID THIS SITE at all costs, scam on every level.😡😡😡also the email address for support does not exist.

I've been waiting for more than 14 days to withdraw 100 Euros. On support they say that they have 7-21 days to withdraw, but I couldn't find it anywhere in their rules, but I found their advertisement right on the front page that they pride themselves on super fast withdrawals :D. Good comedy and a huge mega lie !! Never put even a Euro in there !!!

Had to click one star or it wouldn't let me leave this review. I won 100 round about January, withdrew it and it landed in my bank straight away, so played in February cos though yeah this is good untill I won again and have never received the money. Contacted them god knows how many times got the same stupid response, I thought it was just me till I came on resolver and saw hundreds of negative reviews. All I can say is stay well clear cos your not getting your winnings EVER

I got my £220 withdrawal after 6 months but wouldn't take risk again with this site,I still get emails and when I click on to it I get directed to winit.bet which I think is another one of their dodgy sites,keep your money stay away from them

Played for around 6 months. Lots of smaller wins which were paid out fairly swiftly but a larger win yielded no response, customer service poor with robotic answers however I have to say after 2 weeks I did receive my withdrawal of £2250 so very happy. Needs to improve the customer support element and timescales for paying out to get a better score

Had £540 bonus. As soon i turned it over i had £400 left it converted into £40 cash so lost the rest of my bonus which was 400. Rediculous. Managed wagering requirements which was a first and still got f@cked over. Always seem to lose cash balance right away.

I don’t usually write reviews, and clearly I don’t read them either, until it’s too late. Absolute shocker of a site, been trying to withdraw £1200 for over a month now, all I get is automated messages saying “withdrawals take 7-21 days be patient” their support email address bounces back so you can’t actually email them and their online chat operators turn the chat off after telling you to be patient.

I withdrew 300 it went back in my account yesterday I had an email say they had a problem with bank transfer and to try withdrawing using visa and it will be straight in to my bank yet monet is still not there do not use I will be contacting my bank today as these need shuting down they have blocked me from emailing them and chat just say they don't know and end chat I withdrew again I on the 16th which says completed but still not received winnings chat are just cutting me off do not use this site they have scammed thousands out off me thy need shutting down I told mr sloty today that I was going through fraud team at my bank now my card has had 50 transactions from different places DO NOT USE

I waited 24 days to be able to withdraw 1995 and after 24 days they put the money back in my mr sloty account so I could withdraw again, these stupid thieves are playing with me they lie to me every day
