My appointment was at 11am I arrived about 20 minutes early and it wasn’t a problem they took my car straight in fitted me two new front tyres. I was back home by 11.30 brilliant service the staff are great. This was at the Congleton branch.

Efficient process from start to finish.
Online booking was simple and straightforward.
I arrived just before my pre-booked time and the team started work on the fitting of my tyres straight away.
45 minutes later, I was on my way with two brand new, competitively priced premium tyres.

Firstly I was told didn't balance centreless wheels on my Peugeot 407 and the manager at Congleton branch didn't really care that I was unsatisfied with that service and still had to pay as balancing was included in the price which I couldn't have I suggest that on your website etc you stipulate that fitting of tyres except peugoet 407 and other centreless wheels as they knew what car was booked in i should of been contacted about it so clearly won't be going there again and

Dear Mark,
We do apologise that we were not able to balance your center less wheels, unfortunately as there a very small percentage of vehicles left on the roads with these type of wheels it's not cost effective to invest on the wheel balancer adaptor.
However, we did inform of this before we fitted the tyres and you asked us to continue. You didn't pay for the balancing as we do not charge for this when tyres are purchased from us.
