Concise communication and delivery, I love concision. Only issue was the instructions assembling the sofa, it could have been more precise. But so far so good !

I am happy with my sofa purchase experience. From purchase to delivery to overall sofa quality. I changed my sofa fabric color and the lady who responded was very patient and helpful. The payment plan made it even more affordable.
They delivered the sofa very early in the morning, assembled it and took away the packaging. It's been over a year now and the quality of the chair is still great even with kids jumping on it and all.

Love the suite’ but didn’t like waiting 5 mounts for delivery when we were told it would be 8 weeks delivery. Should have been of been delivered by October never got it until December 21 2026 . That’s why I have rated it as such.

Like Scandinavian and English have furniture stile which i do not like so much that I i could decorate my home. But Msofas making not even furniture by my taste but and a lot of fabric and ladders colour. I am very happy of my living room interior. Thanks again for wonderful people,wich was helping me with creative my furniture 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Delivery service was great! It just took longer than usual to deliver and I had to contact customer service to ask for updates or explanation on the delay. I ordered it on 31st of July 2025 and was delivered 20th of sep 2025.

I’ve owned my sofa for five years and it’s still in excellent condition. Even with the kids bouncing on it like a trampoline, the springs remain strong and supportive. The colour has stayed vibrant despite frequent cleaning, and although my cat loves to climb all over it, the fabric hasn’t developed lots of bubbles or noticeable damage.
Overall, it’s better than any sofa I’ve owned before, and even after all these years it still gets compliments. I also love that you can customise the shape and colour so it fits your space perfectly.

Horrible sofa first time order from Msofas polish company but quality horrific is so unconftable to seat on it.
The finish touches appoling sticking nails out ,cushions so hard ,hard hard don’t buy it.
We like to return and they never agreed to collect it.
Terrible customer service waist of money.
We need to sell it can’t seat on it.
Never again from this website.

We're over the moon with our new sofa! It looks even better than on the pictures. So comfy and we love the design, color, and material. The customer service team was brilliant. Huge thanks to Janusz and Robert for delivering and assembling it, they were caring, friendly, and super helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Thought was standard size 3 seater sofa but boxes too big to fit through a normal size doorway so left outside for us to unpack and get inside. Not assembled yet as in hospital but looks nice.

The sofa itself was absolutely wonderful. It was better than i expected and really lovely and went so well in my property.
I wasn't very impressed with the delivery people however, they were abrupt & rude.

I bought eco leather corner sofa bed 6 years ago. Delivery was delayed about a month, came with damaged storage panel, haven’t able to fix it and after 4 years using it it’s started to peal. I living on my own so it’s only me to seating on it… disappointed about it.

Booking experience was good but they take long time to deliver the sofa. The delivery guy was very nice and assembled the sofa quickly. However, they didnt show how they are assembling as we are facing challenge to disassemble as we have to shift. I like the sofa initially but after sometime it started making some squeaky sound when someone sit or getup from sofa. Not satisfied with the long wait and the quality of sofa as it is making sound with just use of 6 months

Quality is great. We bought the sofa in 2021 and it's still holding up great in 2026. We had an issues with one of the seems, but the service was great, they came and replaced the part with the broken seem. I'll definately be buying my next sofa from them as well!

I received loads of samples before making my choice. This the second sofa I have purchased from this company. The staff are very helpful the delivery excellent and I just love my sofa. I think the product is value for money and very stylish
