The sofa took for ever to arrive, always a problem with the warehouse/manufacturer issue, we've all heard this before... purchased on a 2 year credit and lucky if it's gonna last...the fabric has rippled and left prominate indentations....never again!!!... DFS next time...had them for our previous sofa...only sold it after 8 years as couldn't bring it with us....don't buy from this company... complete junk

The back support (the 3 large pillows)…
The back support (the 3 large pillows) are hard as rocks, sitting on the couch is uncomfortable for more than 10 minutes with these and if you remove them you have the wooden component which is not comfy either. These 3 pillows looks like are exploding inside their covers, we tried squeezing them under a chair for a week to make them softer but they are as solid as a fully inflated soccer ball. Left the couch at my previous apartment and good luck to whoever tries to watch a movie on that thing

Sofa arrived damaged. Emails ignored
Sofa arrived damaged. Had to build sofa ourselves. And after unwrapping we discovered one of the wheels that hold the pull out bed of our corner sofa was bent after unwrapping everything. Emails were sent and positive replies were given instructing a new "Part" was ordered and would be sent to us. This never arrived and further emails were just ignored. We had to pay extra to get delivery to Northern Ireland as well. And the delivery men just dumped it in our house and wouldn't stay until we had checked everything. Now if we pull the bed out it scrapes our wooden floor. So we cant even use the sofa as intended. We intended to purchase another sofa bed for our other childs bedroom, but I would be very veey reluctant to use this company again.

My sofa arrived sooner than I expected…
My sofa arrived sooner than I expected which was great only three weeks after ordering.
Delivery was into the living room by the two guys who brought it which meant no heavy lifting for me.
The bed that pulls out the corner suite is amazingly comfortable and stylish for winter movie nights beside log burner or for guests.
I got the matching material option and recommend paying the extra it really looks impressive.
