resolved issue promptly
Emailed as our handset/walk around phones weren't hearing the caller. Had a call back within 20minutes from Andy W who upgraded the software/firmware and got it all sorted. Thank you

When George was here for the install he was fast and efficient. He explained everything well. We are very happy so far.

Great service with a friendly smile
Andrew arrived early for the swap over of phones which was done quickly. He was friendly and explained the new phone's being exactly like the ones he replaced with similar functions. He set them up as the other phones had been.

Breath of fresh air
