Scott the engineer was very informative

We already deal with Mtech communications and had a query today about setting up an additional voicemail line for a separate part of the business. Rhys was very helpful and came back to us almost instantly with a solution. He talked us through the process of setting this up and understood our needs. We were very satisfied with his help on this, thank you Rhys!

Andrew and his colleague were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we would not encounter further problems.

Andy came to install our new telephones today and has trained the staff on how to use them, including installing and demonstrating the computer app. We have had this phone model previously but we didn't know how to use them correctly until today. Andy is an excellent engineer and Trainer and the staff were very impressed with him.

Mtech have been very well organised and so far our experience has been nothing but positive and efficient.

Andy installed out new system today, and was very professional relayed and explained eveything that was needed and was very pleased with the great service he provided.

A great communications company to work with, very helpful when choosing a new phone system, the installer was helpful through the process giving training to my staff ensuring they all knew how the new phone system worked.

We have had two of the team of Mtech to visit us in our shop.
Firstly Callum who got us signed up very quickly and beat our old supplier saving us money every month, with the bonus of a better product to use and to visually look at.
Within a few days after Callums visit we had a call to arrnage their engineer, Andy who came and installaed our new phone stystem. He was brilliant, everything went smoothly and everything was explained clearly!

So far we have had a brilliant experiance. & will be recommending Mtech to other buisness owners!

We weren’t aware that an engineer would be turning up today. However, Haseeb telephoned when he was a few minutes away. Turned up and explained everything very clearly. He then gave us a little teach in on all the functionality of the system.
