If I could give negative stars I would do so. I ordered 2 of the 16ft Christmas trees and the animated Santa kicking legs. The total came to almost 200.00. This company or not so much of a company took the money out of my account and never shipped my purchase.. 😡 they should be held accountable for everyone they ripped off. We all paid for nothing. They have no customer service, no email no nothing. Absolute bull💩

If I could give zero stars, I would. Same situation as everyone else on here. Ordered what I thought was a large Christmas tree. Never showed up and according to tracking info on website provided by company, the shipment has stalled out somewhere in Birmingham. When I asked for update on when the package would arrive, they sent me a different tracking notice that shows it was delivered yet it has not shown up. Then they inform me the order was for lights only, not a tree as their website shows. Currently disputing charge through credit card. Scam and a half here so watch out!

Same as everyone else but Im getting PayPal to sort it. Facebook should step up in these cases as well as they allow the add in the 1st place & i'm sure Mr Suckerman got paid although he has just dropped to the 10th richest man in the world.:-) I even paid postage insurance as well the grubs.

I had the same experience that everyone here had, but I fought the issue with paypal and got my money back. If you paid via credit card, this may work for you too. Since I learned everything I needed to know about this scam from your reviews, I wanted to share my resolution with you. Dispute the issue with paypal or your credit card company and say they didn't deliver what they promised. I had to send an image of the receipt along with my complaint as well as an image of what I got. It took paypal about a week to review my claim, but I got my money back and even got to keep the christmas lights they sent me. Don't let this company rip you off, get your money back. Good Luck!

This site is a total scam! We ordered a "light Christmas tree" for almost $60 and never received it. We have contacted their customer service department several times and they refuse to give us full refund for something we never received nor they have proof of delivery. They tell you right up front that they do not know where the item is!!! Basically, it was a waste of money. A company like this must be declared as a scam and banned! It is very frustrating that I have read several other similar experiences with the same site and they are still stealing money from innocent people.

Hi everyone these fu-ckers did it to me as well but i have been lucky paying with PayPal has gotten me a result but only because Australia post takes a photo when they deliver and leave at the door on this case a tiny box like u all got did not match the order of a 2m and 5m tree which PayPal saw through and I got a full refund good luck to you all.

Like everyone else I was completely scammed by this company. I ordered a 6 ft lighted tree for the cost of over 50 US dollars. I received a small one ounce package of teeny tiny LED lights only. I am currently working on trying to get my money back. I am so upset right now. This company should be ashamed.

I ordered a 16ft LED tree and have received a small box of 50 LED lights which they used as the UK tracking number. The tracking history of the tree delivery didn't match the UK Royal Mail Delivery so they have caught themselves out. I have made a charge back claim on my credit card as this is clearly a scam. If I could give no stars I would.

Like everyone else on here - my experience of this company is that they are totally dishonest. A complete scam. They lie constantly about their goods and service. Just a shame they are not in a more honest country as any decent trading standards office would shut them down. Avoid at all costs.

Don't buy from this company. I also have not received my 16ft tree with coloured lights which I ordered on the 1st Dec. They said it had been delivered on the 18Dec by the uk post office. I also received an elaborate tracking history from Omaha US on the 03rd Dec to Manchester UK, on the 30th Dec. They said it was on a truck on the M25. It seemingly has traveled all over the place. Still haven't received it & they are still blaming the uk Post Office. Don't ever buy anything on FB because we don't seem to have any rights & FB couldn't care less, they don't seem to own up to any responsibility about putting scam on their pages. I'm not going to give up, will keep trying until they stop accepting my messages. I guess we have to learn by our mistakes, never again!

Consider your purchase. Use a method of payment which guarantees you a refund.
I ordered a 16ft led garden Christmas tree from a Facebook advert and believe I have been scammed. All I received for my $$ was multiple tracking emails as my parcel allegedly traversed the world for a couple of months.

Ordered 3 of their animated Christmas trees in November and after Christmas received 3 tiny boxes of USB powered junk lights. Company refuses to refund money saying I recieved my order.

False advertisement & scam. They advertised 16.4 ft Christmas tree + lights, instead I got an empty box with a "Thank you" card inside the box. The box is a little bigger than a cigarette box with nothing in it. I paid $74.15 for an empty box.

I had the same issue as others in this post. When I contacted them, they said I ordered a 16.4 foot tree light display and that is what they sent. The website is very deceiving on what you will get making you believe that you get the frame with the lights shown. It states that it is an outdoor light show but the tiny fairy lights will not last outside and are so small. They are not the lights that you see in the pictures. Paypal needs to recognize this site as a scam and block them from using Paypal and refund the purchase to anyone that requests it.

I wish I had seen these reviews before, the tracking they send you is in accurate, waited about 8 weeks and what was delivered was a very small string of usb lights. Taking people's money and scamming everyone. The website looks legitimate hence why I ordered. When you email thet reply saying its what you ordered, how they think you'd pay £44 for a string of USB lights is beyond me. They need removing from Facebook and shutting down.

I paid $55 for a 65FT (20M) Christmas Tree advertised on FACEBOOK and received a £5 small box of LED lights. Took 5 weeks for the LED lights to arrive and they keep telling me I ordered them and they are not faulty so the will not change them for the order I placed for a CHRISTMAS TREE. I have sent them the order confirmation which includes a picture of the CHRISTMAS TREE i ordered. I have sent them a picture of the LED LIGHTS wrongly delivered. I have asked for a refund as the goods are not as described. Very poor customer service. I’m out of pocket $55. Will not buy anything off FACEBOOK again!
