If I could give negative stars I would do so. I ordered 2 of the 16ft Christmas trees and the animated Santa kicking legs. The total came to almost 200.00. This company or not so much of a company too... See more

They need to be stopped blatantly scamming
Muchvisualise also known as quatio co.ltd. 16.4/ft animated Xmas tree advertisement on Facebook. Looks great, gets your attention to get you to buy, takes a month to arrive to U.K. As someone else said you get a set of fairy lights and that’s what I got, I complained to them and they reply with that is what you ordered, I have a screenshot of my payment by PayPal to quatio for $39.99 for 16.4 ft tree. Trying to tell me that’s what I ordered, I have the proof so don’t tell lies. They offered me $3, I’m not letting this go. Trying to get help from PayPal as these people are thieves who need to get a proper job, this tree was for underprivileged children which I told them. Not a mention of that in their reply, doesn’t matter as long as they fill their pockets with other people’s money. Pity they don’t trade from England, (apparently they are in Singapore, or so they tell me) I would find them and shut them down. Done some checking and Facebook is riddled with fantastic products, when I check the company’s out most of them have bad reviews like this one. Don’t buy from these Robin Hoods, they take from the poor and give to themselves. I bet they have had a good Xmas, scum of the earth.
Signed, Absolutely STEAMIN’
SCAM

Thought I was buying a 16.4ft LED…
Thought I was buying a 16.4ft LED Christmas tree as shown in the photo. Received a single string of LED lights about 3m long - for $50+. The lights received would retail at about $5
What a total ripoff and false advertising
