Mud Daddy Reviews 

Ordered mud mummy 8litres and had discount code but when applied, it took the total to under £50 and consequently I then did not qualify for Free delivery of £3.99. I find this a bit of a sketchy move. I contacted them but they responded by reiterating the above...not impressed! Regarding the response from mud daddy,nowhere on the web page does it make this clear, hence the "sketchy" comment.

My first ‘muddaddy’ shower off is a winner already and I haven’t even used it properly yet. I managed to forget to check out the thermal jacket at the purchase point so it didn’t arrive with the main product. But one email to the ‘muddaddy team and it’s all been sorted. A lovely person called Saima helped arrange for the jacket to be sent without any hesitation. I’m delighted with the quality of the ‘muddaddy’, even though there’s not much mud around just now, it’s been brilliant for getting the pollen off my dogs paws after our walks in the fields. Helps keep his seasonal allergies at bay already. Thanks ‘muddaddy’ you’re a winner in my opinion.

After a couple of years, we had trouble with our electric brush. I didn't expect anything, but they sent a replacement brush with absolutely no quibbles. Fantastic service

The Power Brush has failed after 2 years but only approx. 20 usages.
Having contacted Mud Daddy they will now send me a repacement at no charge - that's customer service!

My 12L was not working properly due to a problem with the hose and Mud Daddy replaced the hose free of charge even though it was out of warranty. Great service!

Bought the wrong item (due to the Mud Daddy Google campaign misrepresenting it). Had to pay postage to return it and only got a refund for the item not the initial delivery charge

Dreadful customer service from customer service Plus the advert they have on Facebook currently is misleading. It says you can recieve a free insulated jacket for mud daddy if you purchase a bundle, which I did. But I'm not entitled to it because the system applied the code.

Blocked on social for calling them out! I can post email receipt and screenshot If needed. The pits of a company. The worst customer service attitude I've had to endeavour for a online purchase.

Great customer service and response time to a query I had. Product is fab too!

I purchased a 5 litre Mud Daddy some years ago but having had hand surgery found I couldn't pump it and hold the dog. So I bought a Power Brush and it transformed the cleaning bit of walking a Spaniel!!
However, a year after purchasing the Power Brush, it quite suddenly stopped working. I contacted Mud Daddy asking for ideas on how to fix it and they sent me out a new brush!! I certainly wasn't expecting it so it was a lovely surprise.
So thank you S**** from Mud Daddy for being so lovely and sorting that out.

Customer service was excellent helping me choose the correct item I wanted for my dog. Also the 8l mud daddy is brilliant as it helps me get into her claws and gets all the mud out. Thank you for all your help and designing a product like this.

Convenient and perfect for cleaning my paddle board

Easy to operate and works wonders on my horse’s muddy legs.

Our Mud Daddy is absolutely indispensable! We have a mud-magnet Springer Spaniel and all the seasons see us return from our walks wet and/or muddy! With the Mud Daddy we can ensure that our dog is clean and comfortable, It is quick and easy to wash him off so that we are not trailing mud in the car. The Mud Daddy holds it's pressure well and although it has seen extremely good use it still works absolutely perfectly; however, we would like to invest in an insulated jacket for after those cold winter walks.

Love my Mud Daddy and so does my Labrador Barney especially during the recent freezing weather with minus degrees outside and salt being spread on the icy pavements affecting his paws
I just fill the Mud Daddy with warm water and a little squirt of shampoo for my dog and within a few minutes Barney is clean and shiny looking again he just stands still and enjoys being cleaned with the soft brush head and his paws are also washed free of the salt that nips his paws
Mud Daddy is the greatest invention so easy to use and very portable you can take it in the car as well absolutely brilliant wouldn't be without it my best purchase ever

Waited for a good year to make sure it still stands the test of time and it’s still working great. I’m not big into having a gadget for everything but my god this one is worth it. Saved my car my boots and dog from a life of mud. Also got the shower head for camping and it’s just 10/10/10!!!

Great service good quality

Ordered and receive last October after trying one that was in a Lodge we stayed at. The product, ordering and delivery were all great. Have used several times and it's been brilliant, especially on a mucky spaniel.

Had one issue though. I'd used it and then unscrewed to empty and heard a pop. I may have over pressurised a bit, but hard to tell as no pressure guage! After that, it started to leak air. Realised the O ring from inside the pump had blown off, completely lost. Out of stock on their site, but realised I had some anyway. Found one that fitted, job done and safe in knowledge I had spares.

Would definitely recommend besides the little issue. Just want to make people aware, if this happens, you can probably just replace by going to a DIY/ hardware store.

I bought a hose and brush shower head with shampoo dispenser. It was easy to see and read about what I was buying, the process was straight-forward and delivery was efficient. Most importantly the quality of the product is good and critically my Labrador enjoys the sensation of the brush so she is now happy for me to wash her down after muddy walks - happy dog, happy owner. Thank you Mud Daddy

We recently bought a 5 litre Mud Daddy and it does the job, but maybe not to the exact way as advertised. The water stays fairly warm if wrapped in a blanket but the water pressure is very low it trickles out the brush pretty slowly. It is a job for 2 one to pump and one to use it on the dog.

Does exactly what it says. Warm wash coming of the beach. Muddy tracks and any where your pup takes you. Good for rinsing do2n your self when you slip over as well.
