Supposed to receive the Lobby Chair in Full Grain Leather but received the Chair in Fake Leather! claim sent today-14.07 to MuebleDesign, awating their response.

Good furniture, the sales operator is not so good, be patient….

Good service, just DHL is super slow but thats not your fault guys.

Pretty good product for a replica, although the ottoman chair’s leather had a few tiny luminous stains, seemed like accidental sprinkles from some metallic dye. Did not return it, the whole delivery by DHL was so bad that I decided to just accept the product as was.

Bad service! U never answer the phone. And its hard to reach u through chat or email

Good design. However, very disappointed. No pre delivery notification, item delivered and left outside door. Glass top has a bad defect actually in the glass and scratch upon delivery. No assembly instructions. In contact with seller who tells me their supplier isn't interested in our claim. In contact with seller advising that my contract is between them and me not their supplier - that's for them to sort out. Offered to take a discount and buy a new piece of glass ourselves to save them costs but not interested. Sent photos, not interested. Advised them I am in discussion with my solicitor to resolve this matter unless they advise me on a more favorable course of action. No reply as yet. Customer service appalling but I will not let this go because I am well aware of my rights and am not paying for a defective product.

Unrealistic time frames to receive your purchase. Pre-sale says 10 days. Then Post-sale is 3-4 months if they manage to secure the item. No refund offered. No answers of any kind. Still waiting. DO NOT BUY!!!

I always get the fast and full information, i really like to work with this website. Goods are in time too.

Customer service is a catastrophy, I’ve been waiting for an order confirmation Since 27/5-2022, called their customer service multiple times (waiting for 30 min- 2 hours at a time with no answer). UNACCEPTABLE, hope that I at least will get my items in time. Worst experience ever.

The item has an extensive delivery date (12-18 weeks)

My chair arrived in perfect condition and sits beautifully in my sitting room. Also, it arrived earlier than I had expected. 5 stars for Mueble Design and thank you for your service.

I ordered a table that had a 4 week delivery- only once I paid - the entire amount- did they reveal that it was actually out of stock.
I wrote an email and said I needed it in 5 weeks and to let me know if that wasn’t possible. No response.
I wait 4 weeks and so try and call. The number on the internet is never answered.
It’s now 9 weeks and they say it’s despatched but they can’t give me a tracking number.
Communication is very poor.
Table did eventually turn up but communication needs a huge improvement. I would not use them again.

Everything went smoothly at Mueble Design. Selection, ordering and delivery.There was no problem at all. For me it was the best choice.

I ordered a lounge chair that missed one screw. I asked to send the screw together with another office chair I Ordered. No screw. Still have not received.
A missed opportunity.
The lounge chair and the office chair I ordered are fantastic.

Great selection, great prices, and fast shipping!

The cesca chairs were delivered faster than expected and are an accurate reproduction of the original. There was a minor issue with one chair and the customer service resolved this quick and satisfactory! Would order again!
