I had abnormal issues with a KSP server and called upon the support staff for help. After the first timely reply I knew it was going to be repaired ASAP. Jack "CJT" Tovey was my contact guy and did a wonderful job helping me. Not only a KSP server but I also have a TS3 server that has been operational for years now with no down time. Thanks again Jack!

Im a late night gamer, so are my friends. Yesterday, we bought a server and there were no more room near su to host a server, so our awaited return to Rust would have to wait. But even at midnight, Multiplay's support answered my ticket and corrected my problem within minutes. Other sites have esomething to learn from them, and it is how to provide quality in both product and support.

the servers sometimes dropping but if u write to the support they fix it under 5-10 min

I have had zero bad experiences with this service and would recommend it to anyone looking to host a server, any problems that occurred during server use was quickly and professionally handled by multiplay.

What to review.. The cheap prices? The fantastic customer service? The uptime? They're all great. If I need a server I tend to always gravitate towards Multiplay. They seem to know what I want and if there's an issue they respond quickly and deal with it.

customer support is amazing. they respond very fast and try to help they are not like other that just say sorry can't be done. the only problem is just ther is no ftp access for customize the server.

I have no idea how they have so many good reviews, but it’s a load of hogwash. Since renting an Ark PS4 Server with this company I have had nothing less then a horrible experience. I honestly wish I would’ve just used Nitrado, but for some reason I couldn’t get their site to work so I ended up looking up other options. After spending at least 48h total setting up my server’s settings and another 48h altogether playing my server has randomly crashed/disappeared for the millionth time less than a month. Due to the fact no one can find the server, no one will join. The ones that were consistently playing have moved on to a more reliable server and I don’t blame them at all for it. My server renews in 5 days and if their support can not resolve my server vanishing permanently I will cancel the service. The times I have contacted their support I felt more like I was bothering them due to their lack of empathetic support or offer an apology for my inconvenience. I’ve tried posting in their forums, but it appears they’ve blocked it so no new posts can be added or replied to. I read other customers’ also “lost” their servers in other games and support was unhelpful. I guess they don’t want more bad reviews as to scare unaware customers off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you look up the issue I’m having you’ll see people having been having this issue since 2011, they clearly have no interest in bettering their servers as nothing has changed here in 2018 apparently. Do yourself a huge favor, save yourself the headache and loss of a few dollars and just go anywhere; but here.

EDIT: I meant your servers disappearing, unjoinable. Not just with Ark PS4, but your gameserver hosting in general; however I understand how that part was confusing. Google ClanForge server dissappearing and the earliest posts are back in 2011 with different games up until now with different games.

As for my ticket, there was never any resolution and based off of your staff’s responses I felt like a bother so I didn’t see the point of spamming your ticket system. I tried to tolerate the issues and hope they’d resolve themselves since nothing could be found wrong according to your support; but I’m not going to continue paying for something that is inaccessible on its best days and off the listing on it’s worse. I contacted support one last time and still these aforementioned issues remain. I am canceling my service, but just wanted to let people know my experience as I cannot post on your websight’s forums and the earliest post is in 2017 with surprise surprise a server dissappearing.

The server has been great so far but my only issue is that it will randomly remove me and my friends from the server making us die in the process which is a bug that needs to be fixed. Other than that it has been a great service and I think we will be using it for many months to come.

If only we could fully customize our servers with all the options it woukd be awesome, other than that the staff and help I've gotten is superb.

I borrowed from Singapore's server
I wanted ark to borrow it. I really enjoyed it.
However, as the number of buildings increased, it became more likely to log out from the server due to "connection timeout to host"
The network environment was not bad and I think that it is a problem on the server side because I was playing normally before
Since things that can not be played steadily increased, it stopped borrowing the server of Singapore without problems but it can be said that Multiplay Gameservers is a very recommended service

Unfortunately, the capacity of game servers and limit the benefits they offer at a very low level! The server machine was not able to handle a decent way 70 mods for the game Farming Simulator 17, is the extremely low performance of the server.
