We had a wonderful experience at…

We had a wonderful experience at Multiposter! The staff — especially Kühlers — was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. We visited several times with different ideas, and each time Kühlers took the time to listen, guide us, and help us find the perfect sofa that fit our needs and style.

The atmosphere in the shop is very welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I strongly recommend Multiposter to anyone looking for quality furniture and a pleasant shopping experience.

Defect couch not replaced

The sample couch in the shop looks good and the delivered couch cover is made out of material leftovers. They claim this is the model and not a manufacture defect. They refuse to do anything for the client after they take the money. We proposed a solution to exchange the product or repair it and they just didn't care and suggested to find a lawyer.

Sehr gerne kommen wir auf Ihre Rezension zurück, können Ihnen an dieser Stelle aber leider nichts anderes sagen, als was Ihnen bereits vom Kundenservice mitgeteilt wurde. Das Sofa, das Sie sich in der Filiale angeschaut haben, war eine andere Ausführung aus der Modellreihe, für die Sie sich entschieden haben. In der Ausstellung steht ein sogenanntes Kombielement. Ihr Sofa hingegen besitzt eine Ottomane. Modellbedingt muss diese anders vernäht werden. Das meinen Sie sicher mit den „T-Naht“. Wir haben uns hierzu nochmals Foto vom Hersteller organisiert, die wir Ihnen nun auch per Post zukommen lassen. Alle Ottomanen sind auf diese Weise vernäht, somit handelt es sich um keinen Sachmangel. Wir hoffen, dass Sie sich trotz der etwas anderen Vorstellungen mit Ihrem neuen Möbelstück anfreunden. Great selection and informed sales people.

Fr. Werner (Bamberg) was very helpful with decisions and information. Multipolster had a big selection. She was friendly and patient. Our sofa was delivered today, earlier than expected. The delivery team were professional and speedy and friendly. They had good communication regarding the time of delivery. Thumbs up.
