Can’t comment on the product as it was never received, emailed a couple of times and was told it has been lost in post and they will resend. Still not arrived nearly a month later and no reply to any of my emails. £15 wasted for nothing

Awful customer service. I tried to place an order which wouldn’t go through, the money was taken from my bank and when I emailed to query this they were rude, unhelpful and told me to go to the bank. I now need to claim my money back. So disappointing when a small business behaves like this. No wonder they have no review facility on Facebook.

Awful company to deal with.
Ordered an oil diffuser and the Schleepies feet oil on the 27/02. Receievd an email 28/02 to say the package was dispatched, to be delivered 3-5 days via Royal Mail and included tracking information. The tracking information was invalid. Contacted the company via private message on Facebook to receive a generic response asking me to email, so I did, several times. No response to emails or private messages or any of my comments on their posts until tonight. They tried to make out I hadn’t picked up the package from the sorting office be that it had been returned to them... the tracking history shows it wasn’t posted until 11/03. I told them this was complete lies and posted screenshots to prove. Next thing I knew they’d deleted my comments and another asking about refunds and then blocked me. What a way to run a business.
I’m now going through PayPal to try and recoup the funds. If I receive the package I am going to refuse it, Royal Mail can return to sender. I don’t want their products after this customer service. I’d urge all not to purchase from this company.
Their “90%” success rate seems to have been invented by them also, I can see no evidence to back this claim up, with many customers stating that their products have not helped. Amazon & Mothercare have also stopped stocking... I don’t wonder why!

I ordered 2 bottles of Shhleepies Feet Foot Oil for my daughter on the 7 Dec 2018 and i received an email saying it had been dispatched on the 10 Dec 2018. It is now the 18 Dec 2018 and still no parcel.

I went on Instagram and on the photo for the product I asked where my parcel was. Another person on Instagram also added their comment and said the same thing has happened to them. Next thing I know, the photo with the comments asking where my stuff was had been deleted along with the comments.

I then commented on another photo asking the same question, or they should refund me and then they blocked me from their Instagram site.

These people are complete shysters. There's no phone number anywhere and they just delete any comments or questions you post on social media. I have sent an email but don't expect to hear anything. I will be contacting my credit card provider to take this further.
