Excellent, Professional Window Maintenance Service

Ionut carried out window maintenance for us, and we’re very pleased with the service. He was professional, skilled, and completed the work to a high standard. He also made sure everything was working perfectly and gave helpful advice on our warranties.

We’d happily recommend him to anyone needing quality window maintenance. Thank you!

Absolutely horrendous to deal with!

Absolutely horrendous to deal with!
The quality of the windows is already poor - we had to have so many panes replaced when we moved in as they were scratched. I’ve given up with our patio door - it sticks and has damaged the sill as it’s fitted so poorly.
We then had some leaking skylights. We were (incorrectly) referred to them by our builder - Munster asked nothing about the problem, just demanded £110 for an engineer callout that then took weeks to organise, engineer got here and said it wasn’t them that fitted them so couldn’t help and didn’t actually know what he was supposed to be fixing. I asked for a refund, point blank refused. Even their emails said they had no photos to go on (they didn’t ask for any!)
I went back to our house builder for the refund, who needed an invoice as proof. I must have asked 5,6 times for it - nothing. I also overpaid initially by accident - 2 MONTHS it took for them to refund the overpayment.
Absolutely shocking service. Avoid!

Great aftersales care from Greg at Munster...

Greg was professional, informative and friendly. A great asset to Munster Joinery.
He gave me a demo on my windows, which turned out not to be faulty but a fire safety of the windows and even checked and fixed my patio/front door for me. Great aftersales care Munster.
