Whole process too half an hour maximum to sell my iPhone and the money was in my account within an hour. Great service and used local Timpson’s shop to send my phone and they were helpful and efficient too. Would definitely use Music Magpie in the future and would recommend to others!

BEWARE
BEWARE: when you buy, for example, an iPhone from Music Magpie, and there is a fault, it’s nearly impossible to get a refund. When you send it back (for a refund) they automatically repair it and send it back with no consultation. No response via emails. I didn’t want a repaired glitchy phone with likely further issues. It’s taken me weeks and weeks and having to re-post it back again, to finally get a refund for a glitchy phone. I will never buy there again unfortunately.

Poor payment system
The service itself was fine, but the payment system is extremely poor. I was told that if my item was accepted before 3pm, I would receive payment the same day. It has now been over three working days and I still haven’t been paid.
Customer service is also disappointing — there’s no one to speak to, only slow email responses.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend their services.
