Very happy
Very happy, apart from 1 gripe, 1 of the film cases was quite badly cracked/shattered, so this caused problems then on trying to close the film case. 2 films i ordered apart from that cracked case were both fine, ;)), clean discs, no scratches, was reguarly kept up to date by notification from music magpie, then followering courier service Evri, (definately recommend!, for sending/receiving!). Can say delivery time was good, between 7 - 10 days. Just like to say thank you music magpie and Evri, your both way cool. Oh and all round service was spendid and prices were exceptional.

Failed to pickup on more than one occasion
To be fair, in my experience, once they receive your items they pay quite quickly the agreed amount. I've also made some purchases from them which have been fine, hence the two stars.
However, the reason for this review is mainly that they repeatedly fail to pickup orders you have scheduled. For example, on this most recent order, I have waited home all day on two occasions now, only for Evri not to arrive.
And yes, the argument can be made that Evri is mostly to blame for this, but I will argue that this is a problem that musicmagpie need to address because after all, they are choosing this courier that is making selling to them a difficult process.
I also want to note that I have an open customer service ticket for this issue and the responses are often delayed, which isn't ideal either.

Fair price and quick payment
Dropped my phone off at Timpson and the money was in my account within 15 minutes. They are the only one of these types of traders I will use. I’ve had money knocked off for no reason with others and another just didn’t respond despite my phone being with them. Would recommend music magpie though.

Royal Mail delivered my item on Monday…
Royal Mail delivered my item on Monday special delivery and had no response from music magpie to confirm receipt or when I will receive payment. No telephone number to call and the support email is slow in coming back to you only to say you must have used a different courier than the label you sent us which is not the case. Tracking my parcel with Royal Mail confirms all delivered and signed for by music magpie , still in limbo and don’t know what is happening
