I never wanted that package and i still waiting for my money for almost 2 month now. I just wanted to return the damaged product. They said my money will be here this week but its friday and no money still.

Communication is hard because every mail i wrote just got ignored.
1. I said i am ready to wait, because they hadnt had it in stock. Then next day they just send me a product which was probably a retoure. But i said i would wait for the delivery, totally ignored me.
2. Then i send it back because the delivery was a nightmare, my package was damaged and the product had clear usage, so i offered them to give me a discount rather than sending back, to avoid shipping back and forth, got ignored again.
3. I did send it back and wrote them that i decided to take my money back and DONT want a new product. They just send me a new one anyway because they dont care what you want, they just ignored me again!
4. Then i insisted on getting my money back and said that they should call the delivery service to send back the product. They did. But after that they still didn't send my money.
5. After calling them they said they have to wait for the delivery i never ordered to return to send me my money back but i never ordered this and never wanted this so i didnt understand why i had to wait for that package to return, i mean i never touched it.
6. Now the product is back since 2-3 days and still no money.

Worst service ever. I am very pissed about how they think they can take your money hostage.

I spend like hours for nothing, i dont have time for this. I cannot anymore. Its is the worst mistake i did in a long time.

I received the product in time (Uvex bike helmet). However, the helmet did not fit well and i had to return the order. The return procedure was not smooth but ok. However i had to pay the shipment fee from Germany to Bratislava by myself, which was 17,90€. I would not recommend the company.

I've ordered a Keeley pedal and yet sent it back to MUZIKER once I saw it used on reverb for significantly less.
Upon reception, I noticed that the used one wasn't working properly.
So I contacted MUZIKER if I could step back from my step back.
And indeed the reimbursed me and gave me the same low price (meanwhile it had gone up) again.

Muziker are great, 5 stars, what a shame they use the WORST courier service in Austria for their deliveries. I order everything in English from Muziker, then DPD mails arrive in German. Secondly DPD never deliver to the customer only to a local pick up collection point, and then LIE to the customer that they tried their door (read DPD reviews). If Muziker didn't use DPD, I happily give them 5 stars. The guys in the shops in Bratislava are all great too. A tip: drop DPD and get a decent, ethical courier company to deliver for you, they are letting you down!

Delivery came very quickly. Unfortunately it was incomplete and I had to start an electronic complain process.
I called the support and that was really fantastic. Very polite and professional people there. 2nd delivery completed my order. All in all good but it took too long for me to give 5 stars. Maybe next time.

Fast delivery, perfect item

I‘d given 5stars if my zip-code was correct.Without leading zero in zip-code my parcel took two days longer to reach me because ist was first transported to wrong region. Please notice that correct 5 diggit zip codes are important in Germany. Nevertheless thank you very much.
