Items show in stock but they are not
On the day the order was supposed to be delivered, it still has not shipped because of mismanaged stock.
The customer service is readily reachable but it does not help if they don't ship the order.
UPDATE: they shipped the order after a week (without the item out of stock) and could not offer any sort of compensation for the delay.

Do not recommend..
Do not recommend... I bought an article at their Dutch website. Didn't fit. Ask for a return and was asked to ship to SLOVAKIA!!!! W_T_F?!?!?! Be aware that you will need to pay for the return. Since I bought in a Dutch website I though it was a Dutch company.

I bought a e-bike
I bought a e-bike, received with defect. After complaint, received answer got a discount but not the solution. Did not use the bike for two weeks. After one week of use, bike was defective again, muziker said, it is normal that bike has loose screws. Customer shall check all screws everyweek. Further two weeks of, chain railing was damaged without any accident. It took 2 weeks for a courier company to pickup the bike. When I asked for refund, Muziker said, 14 days over so no refund. In 2 months of time, I used the bike for month because of defects.
Do not buy any product from this company.

Packet did not arrive,
Muziker is Ok, but GLS did not deliver, packet did not arrive and no messages since. Use different postal service my recommendation - Muziker uses GLS as standard, so beware.
