I am so impressed by My picture. I ordered 2 large canvas's and a cushion, and almost cried when I saw them. They were just so beautiful. My canvas's are now hung, one in each bedroom, and I hug my cushion a lot, so his face is closed to mine. The communication, price, easy website, packaging and delivery were very good. Overall I would say outstanding! I'll definitely be using again.

I ordered a picture and frame for my mother's funeral. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive and arrived just in time. However the item arrived damaged and My Picture refused me a refund and only offered a replacement. There wasn't time as the funeral was in 3 days time. I explained this and that was entitled to a refund as the item arrived damaged and not fit for purpose under the 30 days. They did not reply to me for several days. When they finally did, I was told the same thing and that no refund would be given, only a replacement or a voucher to use in the future. As if I will ever use or recommend this company to anyone ever again. I stated my rights under the Consumer rights act 2015 and asked to be passed to a senior member if the team. This was 5 days ago and still no response. Disgusting service regardless if it reaches the outcome I require ad it should not take 5 to 6 days between each correspondence and their replies.
I would suggest to anyone who may think to use this company not to do so as if there are any issues with your order, very little will be done to assist and it will take days upon days for any kind of reply. Even when I explained the emotional condition I wad in due to the loss of my mother there was no compassion whatsoever. Disgrace if a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Nice Mug but small in size.
Quality of the mug was as stated and the personalised print was a good colour but I found the mug to be slightly smaller in size than shop bought mugs, so I felt the print was slightly lost because of the detail I had on.
Delivery took 8 days from order. I wasn’t in a rush but tried to check up on delivery and got on with a bot chat who responded with your order is out for delivery. So difficult to track when it only says in transit.
But happy otherwise.
