Terrible
Terrible. Took over two weeks to get my order ready, and it still hasn’t arrived. I was then refused to speak to a human repeatedly by an AI chatbot which had zero empathy or understanding towards the situation. Appalling service would not reccomend

My framed picture didn’t arrive
My framed picture didn’t arrive, Yodel who are the courier say they delivered it, but can’t provide a proof of delivery picture. They are also providing conflicting information about what has happened and no one seems to know.
My picture are not responding to my emails, and I’m really unhappy. Wouldn’t recommend their services. The courier they use are cheap for a reason. If they cared about getting your order to you, they would use; DHL/UPS/DPD/Royal Mail.

Delighted with ninth purchase.
I now have received 9 canvases from my picture The quality of these is unmatched.
My latest purchase was one large and four small of my daughter’s wedding.
I am delighted with them as they are such high definition and true colour.
I can definitely recommend this company and would not consider trying any of their competitors as I can’t imagine they could match the quality.

Ordered a Photo Book from what I…
Ordered a Photo Book from what I believed to be an English Company. Order process was easy to use. Good communication via email, however then found that the product was printed and dispatched from Cologne in Germany. It took 1 week to print and release. The album was then flown to Netherlands. Following that it arrived in UK and was scanned at several different places. It arrived in UPS in Telford. Again went to other outlets. No communication at all from UPS. Checked tracker today only to find that it stated awaiting Customer Collection. I drove 1 hour to Telford, waited over 30 mins to be told that the parcel had been sent to a local Dry Cleaners. They had not attempted to deliver it as it would have fitted in my letterbox. I finally went to Dry Cleaners and collected it. No communication at all from UPS. Will not order from this Company again as it is misleading information regarding where they are located and delivery said 3-5 days when it took almost 3 weeks. Photo Album ok but pictures are not clear.
