Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I paid them 118 EUR to get some Virtual Personal Assistant support. I created a task that needs to be completed in 1 day. But it takes them a week to assign a VPA. After that, the VPA can possibly fulfill the tasks in 1 day. But I don't have tasks that can wait 1 week. So I asked them to refund my payment, as the service does not suit me. They refused to refund the payment.

UPD: I got my refund from them after posting this review.
