Brilliant quality but very expensive
Brilliant quality, super fast delivery, but I think it’s a bit pricey, especially the delivery fee. It’s understandable that everything in good quality is expensive but most of the the things are toooooo much :)

Perfect bag for my 2 year old

Beautiful items and great quality
We have had 5 lots of gifts from My first years for our grandchildren and have always been delighted with the products and quality of the items. We also love that the box they arrive in are great to keep for the children and our eldest grandchild who is 7 still uses his. World definitely recommend this company.

Excellent Service
I ordered a personalised bean-bag chair for my granddaughter and a Flopsy Bunny toy. The items arrived really quickly and they are beautiful. I am so pleased with my purchase.
There was a slight mix up with a free gift, which didn't arrive straight away but Customer Services were polite and efficient and the issue was resolved with no fuss.
I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends.

Size of product
The backpack, lunchbox and drinks bottle all look fabulous but unfortunately the drinks bottle won’t fit in The bag with lunch box so I’m very disappointed with this. It was for my granddaughter for play school and got name on it. Beautiful product but bag needs to be bigger

So good I came back for 9 years!
I ordered a personalised blanket for my 3rd little one after having got one for each of my children. They are beautifully made, of high quality and my eldest’s blanket is still in perfect condition (nearly 9 years later). Let alone the beautiful wrapping it comes in!

I would never order from this company again.
I've used this website over the years to make multiple orders. I recently purchased a personalized newborn box. On the card I purchased and the book, the input was "To: [insert name]" and "message then from [insert name]". I inserted the name as requested. It did not state that there would be no "to" or "from" on the book or card. I contacted My First Years and explained I was dissatisfied and had a dismissive email in return. I replied saying that's not good enough and never had a response. I emailed again requesting a refund. I was told I need to return it and any shipping to return is my responsibility. The customer service is horrific and I will certainly never be ordering from this company again.

We would like to clarify that the item was personalised exactly as requested with the information provided at the time of ordering. We also provide product images showing how the personalisation will appear, including that the words 'To' and 'From' are not printed as part of the design unless specifically included in the personalisation text.
As personalised items are made specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns. However, our Customer Service team made an exception in this case and offered to assist with a return, with the return postage being the customer's responsibility.
We're sorry that this resolution did not meet your expectations, but we do appreciate your feedback and will continue to review how we communicate personalisation details to help avoid any confusion in the future.

Unfortunately I’ve now had multiple bad experiences regarding delivery with this company, not long ago it was a delayed package longer the the time frame stated and they wouldn’t refund my delivery cost and this time it is a lost package which still hasn’t been resolved and a new one sent out. I’ve attempted to use them a few times to buy gifts for friends’ new babies but seem to always have issues with the delivery that unfortunately I won’t be buying from them again.
