The entire team at the Birmingham clinic have been amazing so friendly and really seemed like they were invested in my journey as much as me.

The person who truly deserves special recognition is my nurse, Rachel. She looked after me from my pre-operative assessment right through to my final follow-up, and she is an absolute credit to the company.

Rachel was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. She answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or that I was asking too much. She kept me informed every step of the way, explained exactly what to expect both physically and emotionally, and gave me complete confidence throughout my recovery.

Whenever I needed advice or reassurance, messages were answered quickly on the portal and appointments were always easy to arrange. The only issue I experienced during recovery was some blistering from my compression binder, which was dealt with promptly and carefully until it healed completely.

I had my breasts done a while ago now and I’ve never been happy with them. From the initial consultation I felt pressured by ‘ Kristina’. The implants offered to me were way too big. I am in constant pain for the last few years with them. They looks awful. My nipples see literally pointing to the floor. I contacted them via their online ‘send a message’. Not only that. They charged me £1895 too much which I had to request a refund for. I had no ‘aftercare’ I contacted kritina many times to ask to be checked on I wasn’t happy with my boobs and nothing was ever done. I’m now depressed and wishing I could turn back the clock.

I like the fact that the medical history questioner has been to the patient, which shows that they are concerned about our safety and that blood tests will be performed prior to surgery. After care is wonderful, as it has been explained to me.

I had my breast augmentation surgery on 20th June at the Wellbeck hospital, London. So im only 11 days post op. I can honestly say, the whole experience has been brilliant. From my initial consultation, to my nurse apppintments with Jenny at Blackwell house. No question is a silly question. My surgeon was Dr Giannas who was also great. Recovery has been fantastic, with MYA there for aftercare 24 hours if you need it. Surgery day was perfect. All went so well. All the staff were caring, kind and Informative. I cant rate MYA highly enough xx

Excellent Service & Result.

I was recommended Mr Giannas and MYA by an existing patient so had already decided upon my procedure, just needed the right team and MYA has not disappointed.

From the very first phone consultation with Julie, to being signed off last Saturday by my lovely Nurse Jenny (Essex Hub) the whole process was straightforward and explained to me at every stage.

I had my treatment at Harley Health and the staff there were superb, so friendly and accommodating and everything from the surgery to my recovery has been text book.

Mr G is a superb surgeon and his attention to detail commendable. My incisions are straight and 6 weeks post op, can barely be seen. All of my nurse appointments were with Jenny in Essex and she is perfect. A no nonsense lady with a great sense of humour and all the knowledge you need to have a successful journey - pay heed to her advice and tips as they are invaluable and it will ensure your outcome is exactly what you wanted.

My nurse was Rachel, my surgeon was Dr Samouris. Everything went so well and so fast! for someone who is awful with pain, I could go through my breast augmentation again. I went with the size he recommended and couldn’t be happier. The amount of times I’d phone up anxious with a question, everyone was always perfect help each time.

Very professional and informative but warm, and inviting. Gave lots of advice and answered any questions. Definately happy with my choice

From start to finish the staff and hospital and nurse's were exceptional. I am extremely happy with my results I cant recommend MYA clinic in Essex enough Dr Giannas , Jenny , Claire and Sandra took great care and attention to detail. Everything they did from before to 6 months later was amazing . 👏

Brilliant from start to finish. Had my breast augmentation in February. My surgeon dr giannas produced a fantastic result, over the moon! Mya themselves I can’t fault either. Would definitely reccommend Mya and dr giannas.

Extremely disappointing experience with MYA's customer service and complaint handling.

As a former client, I contacted MYA with a number of concerns and straightforward questions. Rather than receiving a timely and helpful response, I was forced to chase for an update after more than a week of silence. This happened with both emails I sent. When a response finally arrived, it appeared rushed and failed to address many of the points I had raised.

I replied directly to the email, only to receive an out-of-office auto-response stating that the sender was unavailable until 19th December (we are in June - are you away for 6 months, or have you had an incorrect OOO for the past 6 months?). This level of communication is unprofessional and gives the impression that customer enquiries are not being handled properly.

What has frustrated me most is the apparent reluctance to answer questions in writing. Despite repeatedly communicating via email, I was encouraged to call instead of receiving clear responses to the issues I had raised. As a customer, I should not have to repeatedly chase for answers or be pushed towards a different communication method simply because it is more convenient for the company.

The overall experience has been characterised by delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I have now requested MYA's formal complaints procedure as I am genuinely dissatisfied with how my concerns have been handled.

Based on my experience, the level of aftercare and customer service falls well below what I would expect from a company operating in this sector.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Made to feel confident and at ease from the off and helped with every decision in the process. The staff at the hospital were amazing and just generally lovely. The aftercare was amazing with follow up nurse appointments and then a final sign off with the surgeon himself. Just amazing!

My experience with MYA has been so amazing throughout, (I’m almost kind of sad that it’s coming to an end haha).
My nurse Jenny Jones, especially, elevated my experience during all my pre op and post op appointments. She has a naturally nurturing and lovely personality that made me feel so at ease and comfortable.

My confidence has been massively lifted and there isn’t one thing I could have thought to be done differently. The communication as well from MYA has been great throughout and there wasn’t even one bump in the road during this journey with them.

Had my consultation today for breast augmentation with Mr Mahdi. He was really lovely and made me feel at ease, he was very thorough discussing all the good and the bad and showing me before and after pictures of his work. I also got to meet Remi who did my vitals and Laura who helped me try different implant sizes and was really helpful with different payment options etc, both really i lovely ladies. Also the lady on reception was very welcoming unfortunately I can’t remember her name. Definitely a very good first impression of MYA.

The reception was very welcoming however we did have to wait over 50min for our appointment. This made me feel more nervous as it was my first appointment meeting the surgeon. The chaperone was lovely, did not catch her name but she apologised on many occasions. She was friendly & made me feel at ease.
