Fast, efficient and polite

MyAmplifiers provide an efficient and effective all-round service from sales to support and are quick to reply to any requests. From technical questions to a hardware issue with a 4G amlplifier, the technical assistance and diagnostic was fast and the replacement received within 2 weeks. The customer service is always polite and they go out of their way to provide excellent service. I highly recommend MyAmplifiers for their trustworthiness and excellent service.

Waiting for a full refund

Ordered the Equipment and it arrived promply. Unfortunately the signal strengh could not be improved in our situation so made contact to return the boxed up kit. Spoke to a customer service adviser who refered me onto the email contact. After repeated requests for a return address & proceedure for a refund (as per the 30 day Money back statement) we are still waiting for a reply as they are stalling. They do not seem to honour this so called 30 day money back Guarantee! I shall be taking to more social media platforms if they do not give me a full refund.

Update: Now had full refund and they paid for the shipping and organised collection.

My Experience

Yeah, the package contained some missing items, which prevented the installation from proceeding. However, Catherine has been so kind and helpful by ensuring the replacement items are delivered to the specified address as soon as possible. Again, she has been so nice by offering to extend the return period on the purchased item.

No reception

We did not have any reception in the house in France. Now we have 3G. This has meant we can buy on line and deal with the bank with verification codes. This has made such a difference and Alice has been very helpful. So good to speak to a real person! Brilliant.

Initial problems but they were sorted out well

I had some trouble setting everything up but as I am a private individual and not a company that is to be expected. The technical support has been excellent with email response within 24 hours each time. Eventually we found out I had the wrong unit and they exchanged without any problems for the right one. Special mention to Catherine V who has been very good, polite and helpful

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the chance! Purchased a amplifier from them and it arrived faulty and won’t turn on! The company have totally ignored all of my messages and the phone numbers on there website do not work! The products they send out are cheap Chinese rubbish and when you don’t have a way to send the rubbish back you lose your money!! Avoid these cowboys! I’ll be taking legal action to get my money back!

Mais deja avec la 4G c'est super, je conseille fortement ce produit si vous avez un spot 4g avec 2/3 barres a moins de 20/25m de votre maison, et pas reseau dans la maison, ce produit est pour vous, ORange Bouygue free...... ca va fonctionner

Top class customer service

Top class customer service.
I had a very difficult situation with my mobile phone signal service. This company went over the top to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Marina looked after me & couldn’t do enough to help. My thanks to Marina & the team.

What excellent customer service.
The unit is terrific as a phone booster. Unfortunately an intermittent fault developed. Calls answered promptly and a new unit sent to me arriving in a few days from China.

They are good people to deal with.

They are good people to do business with, they advised me to try one of their amplifiers without risk because if it did not help they would refund me. We tried the amplifier and unfortunately our signal was too weak to be amplified. "MyAmplifiers" asked me to perform some checks to satisfy themselves I was using it correctly and agreed to refund me. I'm happy to leave a good review, the product was well made and the instructions were clear, customer relations are important to this company.

Extremely happy with our signal…

Extremely happy with our signal repeater purchased from My Amplifiers, we purchased a nikrans for boats for our ship of approximately 120 people so far it has worked extremely well and we have purchased a second unit to provide greater flexibility. Customer care was handled be Alice who was ultra efficient at answering questions and handling technical advice, the unit came from their supplier in China but arrived in the UK in a matter of days, can't recommend myamplifier.com more, thanks for your great site.
