Great choice,,quick delivery

Terrible customer service. Contacted 08/01/26 requesting info on how to buy replacement inserts for car seat (my address was provided on this email), no response. Contacted again 22/01/26 chasing up my original email expressing urgency due to me being 36 weeks pregnant. A response received 23/01/26 advising they have them in stock and requesting my address to send over payment details?? My address was on the original email anyway. I sent my address again regardless, however there has been no response and no payment details have been received.

Good quality, strap is hard to tighten but other than that good

I placed an order for the Fuji I-size got a confirmation email for the order saying next day delivery I placed this order on the 29th of November 2025 it’s now the 4th December and I haven’t had any more emails the car seat hasn’t been delivered!!!! I have emailed them and still no one has got back to me! Avoid at all cost clearly they don’t care enough about their customers.

Seat arrived within 24 hours from order, which was fantastic. 2nd car seat i have bought from cozy n safe and the seats are good.

However, this seat came and on unboxing, it appears the seat has loose sand / sediment inside it, you can hear it when you move the seat around. I have contacted them via email (twice) but no response and no other way to contact them, which isn't great. I just need to know why it sounds like that and is it a fault / dangerous etc.

So a week after purchase... not used the seat until confirmation from manufacturer but still waiting! Will return shortly if no response

Excellent products, fast delivery

We ordered a car seat for next day delivery. It didn't arrive. They responded they'd chase DHL to find out where it was. three days later, still nothing. We asked for a refund, and got it, but no offer to otherwise rectify or help. If next day delivery can't be fulfilled (or frankly, any delivery whatsoever), they shouldn't offer it. They blamed DHL (fair enough - DHL are abysmal), but they should hire a courier who can do the job. My contract is with Cozy N Safe, and they failed to supply me with anything. Safe yourself the time and order from someone else who can do the job

Lightweight, easy to fit into the car. Simple instructions (ideal for nanas who aren't good at things like that). I bought 2 the same, so no fighting over who sits where

I brought the 360 spin car seat and I wish I hadn't.. the straps constantly are getting twisted around the back and stuck, they become loose when my child is sitting in it and is able to get free also after taking the inserts out there is very little padding in the seat. I have sent it off to the company for inspection but they sent it back to me saying there is no fault? I have sent a dozen emails requesting a full refund as it is unfit for purpose I had brought it in beginning of April so I was well within my right to get a refund they are ignoring my emails now so I am taking legal action. Don't buy from this company!!
