Do yourself a favour look at the reviews of people who have had a problem after purchase .I never leave reviews positive or negative for any company .Mistakes and faults happen to the best of us ,it’s how we deal with them that makes a good or bad company
I Wish I had paid attention to some of the reviews.Made up story’s then excuses on van delay .Paid for van to be delivered by transporter for it then to be driven 600miles to me ,arrived less the steering wheel(still do not have ) and leather seats (were fitted later)
paint work damaged from then it was one made up story after another .Emails ignored ,phone calls not answered and I am still waiting the courtesy van I was promised before it went for repair to paint work .
Or even the courtesy of a reply about it
There are plenty of other companies that have some kind of customer service offering the same vehicles at the same price

My Big green fleet did what they said and got me the van I wanted. After hearing some horror story’s about other companies. I was so glad I decided to go with them. There was a bit of a delay which I expected due to the circumstances but they always answered the phone and kept me updated so I felt I was in safe hands. Recently bought a Van from My Big Green Fleet and will happily recommend to others. Paul was a great help from the first phone call I made up to picking up the vehicle. I had never bought on finance before so was talked through the whole process. I have to admit I had my concerns about paying money to a company I hadn’t heard of before and for a vehicle I had never seen but I needn’t have worried as all was fine. Great van, great service.

I have worked with the guys for a while now. I speak with Gerald and Andy on a daily basis and they are great to deal with! They provide a first class service and I cannot recommend these guys enough!
