Still waiting...........

Ordered blind samples online over 2 weeks ago. Rang company after a week to say samples had still not arrived & was told they had probably just been posted to me that very same morning that I phoned- even though I wasn't asked for my name! Rang again last week & re-ordered samples over the phone. After explaining my need to place an order for blinds ASAP, was assured samples would be posted out to me the same day. It is now the following Weds & still waiting for them!!
Have now given up and ordered eight blinds from another company.
