I was impressed with the liquid soap that is used at the New House Hotel, Cardiff and decided to purchase some on line. I am sure I will be pleased when I start using it.

A lovely warm smelling hand-wash. We first experienced this wonderful hand-wash whilst visiting the bathroom of a gastro pub in Shropshire. We were blown away by the wonderful smell and went on a search to get some for home. The ordering and delivery experience was super quick and effortless. We will soon be purchasing the handcream too.

We’ve just visited the shop in Brecon and what a lovely experience it was! Jamie was absolutely brilliant in guiding us to the different products and scents, and we will most definitely be back.

Lovely products nicely presented and quick turnaround time. The fact that they use Royal Mail for deliveries is areal plus as well- other couriers are not very reliable.

Beautiful product and great ethos

I received the soaps I ordered in good time. They were packaged well in biodegradable packaging. The soaps were even better quality than I had expected and they smell gorgeous. The perfect treat for the New Year.

First of all, the beautiful aroma lured me into the shop and the manager was very welcoming and helpful to me in choosing a suitable gift. I already knew of the legend of the physicians of Myddfai and he gave me more information on the subject. I was very impressed to learn that the company employs people with autism and learning difficulties and it was clear that the manager knew the products well and was keen to tell me of the quality ingredients.
What a lovely shopping experience, it was so good that I went back 30 minutes later to buy more products.

Not only an excellent online service, the products are beautifully packaged and most importantly smell devine. I originally bought room freshener from the store and loved the Spring Daffodil then purchased more online- great service

Always lovely to deal with but I struggle getting their payment platform to work.

Just purchased a litre refill bottle of the warm ginger shampoo. It's an amazing product, really moisturising and leaves my hair beautifully soft. It's a fantastic price too.
Being able to support this amazing social enterprise is brilliant.
