they are fake, my order did not deliver yet. no cancellation, lost money.

This site is fraud and running a big scam. I ordered for my fiancee and the promised delivery was 14th evening slot. But till now nothing is delivered to the address. Also, their phone numbers aren’t reachable. No customer support too. Logo k mehnat ka paisa leke kya kr lega life mei… isse jyada ka nuksaan iska upar wala kr dega.

Bloddy fraud. ###hole

Worst team ever. They promised they will deliver on 14th Feb. Nothing over showed up.

The website looks legit but this is a pure scam company. Don't be fooled

I ordered flowered which were supposed to be delivered max till 9pm but eventually got delivered till 10pm . I tried to contact them on email but it bounced and the phone numbers don’t work. I did think it’s a scam. There is no way to contact them in case of an issue. Personally won’t book with them again as there is no customer support.

Extremely poor service. No updates, customer care not attending call.

Really a very bad experience . Please do not trust them as they are not reliable at all. Forget about your delivery on tim, they do not bother to provide timely updates of your orders. I am still waiting for my order

Nothing but a fraudster, i had worst experience of my life i ordered without going thru the reviews and spoiled my 4 hrs running after them , the people who are giving 5star might be chabras gf or bf

Not delivered on time and not given refund

They are frauds, I have been cheated, I paid 2k for a beautiful cake but they delivered 300rs cake after thousands of call. They are just an agent who calls nearby shops and get your things delivered. All the positive replies are just their employees who posts something good everyday to hide their wrong doings

Damage product delivered

I made an order in the morning and they promised delivery time before 9pm in the evening and they charged additional 200 for the mentioned address. We kept following up and no response from them .
Around 10 pm they called and told they cant deliver today which is so stupid .
So i have cancelled my order and asked for a refund .

I couldnt find zero in option. Anyway worst website i have ever gone through. They say that for wedding anniversary i gave one single name as message. Insane right..? And they are trying to prove me that i gave one name. I wish no one goes through such during a big day.

Worst Experience. I ordered Yellow Roses. Got Red. The Numbers given on site 011-45951000, 9871141000do not exist. This is a BIG FRAUD, Do not Order any Item from them. Cheaters of the first Order.

Hopeless and not at all trust worthy. Ordered a cake for a morning event, shamelessly came to deliver it the next day afternoon. Absolute bunch of cringe.
