Just received my first order. Wish I'd read these reviews first. Products leaking in package. Very disappointed. Sent an email to them but not hoping for a response after seeing these reviews.

I placed an order and it's still not been processed 4 days later! Should have been here in 2-3 days! I needed the items for a job at the weekend and nobody answers the phone nor do they reply to emails!!! Don't purchase from them, they are extremely shocking

I see negative reviews on here but my experience with them has been good. I made an error on my order by accidentally selecting one wrong product, I emailed them and they ammended it and sent me my order, so am happy with Thier customer service.

After waiting for 2 months, I did not get my purchase and the refund was only half of what I paid. Awful.

Spent just under £100 with this company on childs farm products. I paid for next day delivery and im 3 days over now and still waiting. I spoke to a lady via the telephone to be told it was with parcel force for delivery ive had no tracking or any kind of email communication. I wish id of read the reviews before i purchased from this scamming company. Tried calling again today and the phone line just goes dead .

Do not be fooled this buisness needs closing down

well well. not surprised to read the reviews. I wont be dealing with these cowboys again. I ordered 3 osmo shaper maker. Around £15 for the 3. They were for 3 of my clients. It took the best part of 2 weeks to be delivered but they were such poor quality i couldn't possibly sell them. It wasn't for a profit it was for 3 very good clients that use the product even though i don't. They were delivered in a bubble wrap envelope. They were battered! According to the them they were damaged in transit. I've been in this game all my life . They were put in the packaging damaged. Like they had been hit with a hammer. They were opened as the seal was broke on 2 off them. I asked for a replacement but they said they were out of stock. No offer of a refund at first. I was offered 20% then 35% refund. I gave the damaged goods to my clients for free as i was getting no where with them. They eventually offered me a full refund but no mention of the p and p i had requested but i had already given my clients the product for free so in all I'm out off pocket £10. i hate to leave negative reviews but this was a deserved one. I just wanted 3 products for 3 clients that weren't damaged. Not a good company avoid at all costs.

Always amazing service by staff members, I am a regular customer been going here for years! I am not a hair dresser but staff go far and beyond to assist me with colours and products. I recently (Saturday 16th March) lost/misplaced phone near or in shop and the very helpful gentleman that works in the shop went out of his way to return to me/my husband! Hard to find honest people in Central London nowadays. If the owner of shop is reading this please reach out to me as I want to send a gift for him! Thank you for being so helpful and kind. X

Take your money and no email confirmation or anything nothing received will be reporting to bank and police

I’ve ordered from here once and had a really positive experience. They have a good range of products that’s are hard to get elsewhere. I placed an order of 3 products for next day delivery and it arrived on time with no issues :) I’ve just placed a second order and hoping the positive experience continues!

Stay away from this dishonest company l! Customer service is terrible posted parcel unsealed and most of it lost in transit, they then accused me of lying and refused to re send items saying they have clear video evidence which they refuse to send

Previous reviews are not great but thought I would give it a chance as I was purchasing something that was out of stock everywhere else and it was for a good price. The order was delivered within 3-4 days and was exactly what I wanted.. perhaps it’s hit and miss with the company but speaking for myself, I will order from here again as i had no issues!

So I ordered mane & tail shampoo & conditioner from this company.Bought it in from outside and it was soaking wet ( let me add it had not been raining) so my suspicions were heightened of a leaking product),the invoice had disintergrated and the package was full of product leaking everywhere,now I contacted them via email about this,their answer was no refund as they needed photo evidence,I’m sorry my first thought was not to take a photo as it was all over my floor leaking everywhere.Will not purchase again.

After receiving a previous order without any issues, I placed another for Christmas. After waiting nearly 3 weeks, my order arrived with the wrong item, I've attempted to email, WhatsAp and call, and nothing!!! Not even a returns address so I can exchange for the correct item.. So I've now had to spend another £75 elsewhere.....

Never received order no one replying to my emails not been refunded

Very unhappy with customer service.
Unhappy with buying two premium shampoos to find they were nearly 5 years old!
Gave up after trying for 2 hours to ring! Tried numerous ways to contact customer service, no response to my emails.
Unable to make any contact.
Would not recommend based on my experience.

What a wonderful company!!! I had never heard of them and was looking for the best price on some 'Faith in Nature' Shampoo and their price with delivery was nearly half the price of Amazon and others... This made me a bit nervous, so I read the reviews here and decided to give it a go... Well, the service was simply superb... The order was posted within a few hours on a Saturday afternoon with a Royal Mail tracking number sent to me and my shampoo arrived today, Wednesday, and was perfected packed with tape over the top of the shampoo bottles to prevent spillage, but a good tape that did not rip the label... I will certainly use myhairandbeauty again in future!!! perfect service!!! Thanks...

I was a bit sceptical after ready the reviews, but decided to give it a go, because the price of the items was very appealing. Everything arrived very well packed and within 3-4 working days. I would buy again!

I had no problem with my order. I sent for it on the 6th June and it arrived on the 12th which I thought was pretty good. The only negative is that their website needs some work. When I went on it to get an update, it says I hadn't ordered anything. I would definitely buy from them again as they were cheaper thank anywhere else.

Five star service kept up to date with my delivery, very impressed with all of my purchases 😀 will definitely be buying from them again,such good price for top product, thank you my hair and beauty.
