If you ask them about something and they don't know the issue then the agent will leave the chat abruptly and another agent will come and you'll have to narrate the whole story again. This time this agent will find a new angle to annoy the customer. They will say elaborate more although the query could be as straight forward as 'How to perform this specific thing'. So best of luck with your stint with Myntra in case of a query.

I am writing after repeatedly escalating my concern, but every request has been rejected without any proper evidence or justification.
My order, delivered on Monday, 16th, contained a completely wrong product. I have already shared clear images and an unboxing video, yet I continue to receive only copy-paste responses without any investigation.

I also received two back-to-back escalation calls. One executive stated Myntra has proof but cannot share it due to internal policy, while another clearly said there are currently no proofs available. This contradictory communication is highly unprofessional.
If Myntra claims the correct product was delivered, I request proper verification evidence. As a customer, I cannot accept rejection without proof, especially when I have already provided my own evidence.
Kindly arrange pickup of the incorrect product and process a full refund to my original payment source immediately.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with escalation to the appropriate consumer authorities.

Shitty customer service and very rude behaviour towards the customer. I placed an order from them and didn’t received the product when i tried to reach the customer support they said we cannot do anything your 7 day customer helpline portal has been closed. Flipkart's below sub-standard services and their delivery agents are pathetic and irresponsible. One on one customer service from both, myntra and flipkart has become annoyingly elusive
10+ Days, Clear Delivery Error, Yet Refund Still Withheld
I am extremely disappointed with Myntra’s handling of my recent order (Order ID # 1322141 30423481599203). It has been over 10 days of daily follow-ups with no proper resolution.
The order included five items - one Levi’s belt and four Red Tape belts. The Levi’s belt was delivered correctly in a separate package. However, the second package, which was supposed to contain four belts, instead contained two small children’s T-shirts.
I immediately reported the issue with photos and followed every instruction given by customer care. Initially, my claim was rejected. After escalation, your team confirmed it was an invoice interchange issue and approved my claim. I was clearly told that:
One incorrect product would be processed first.
Then, after contacting customer care, the case would be reopened to process refunds for the remaining one incorrect product and two missing items.
Only one incorrect item has been picked up and refunded. One incorrect product is still with me, and refunds for two missing items plus this remaining incorrect product are still pending.
As instructed, I reopened the case - only for it to be rejected again without proper explanation. For the last 10+ days, I have been calling customer care every single day. Each time, I receive different responses, no accountability, and no final resolution.
To make matters worse, I have CCTV footage from the time of delivery. When zoomed in, it clearly shows the package size was far too small to contain four belts. The evidence strongly supports that the items were never delivered as intended. Despite providing everything required, my refund is still being withheld.
As a Myntra Icon member and long-time genuine customer, this experience feels not just disappointing but unfair. A clear fulfillment mistake has turned into repeated follow-ups, rejections, and mental stress for the customer.
I expect Myntra to:
Immediately process refunds for the two missing items and the remaining incorrect product.
Provide a clear written explanation for the repeated rejections.
Ensure such harassment of customers does not continue.
This level of service is unacceptable for a platform of this scale.

I completed all requirements for the #GlamClan program and posted eligible content on 9 Jan 2026. As per your own payout policy, rewards for posts made in the first half of the month should be credited by 15 Feb.
Today is 19 Feb and the payment is still not credited. It’s been over a month of follow-ups and I keep receiving the same generic template responses with no real explanation or timeline. This is extremely frustrating.
Creators are putting time and effort into making content based on promised rewards. Delaying payouts after commitments are fulfilled is unfair and unacceptable.
Since there has been no resolution, I have now filed an official complaint through the National Consumer Helpline. Requesting immediate intervention and payment resolution.

I ordered a shoe rack worth ~₹12,500, but was delivered a completely different product – a kids study table and chair. The packaging, assembly manual, and product parts clearly prove the mismatch.
I raised the complaint immediately and shared all required evidence. Despite multiple follow‑ups and escalations, the claim was rejected without valid justification. The escalation team was unhelpful, and the issue remains unresolved even after several calls.
This experience reflects poor customer grievance handling and a lack of accountability in cases of wrong delivery. I hope Myntra improves its post‑delivery support and treats genuine customer issues more responsibly.

I've experienced this many times, and today it's all limits. I'm writing that Myntra Myntra's service is very poor. I don't even have the slightest manners to talk to their delivery guys.
They also make the item disappear and deliver another package from the same package on the way. I complain to JB customer support, but they say it will be returned, but nothing happens.

Cheating with Customer and Unprofessional
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Myntra’s service. I ordered a Safari bag on 12th February 2026, and the promised delivery date was 14th February 2026. However, I did not receive the product on the mentioned date, nor did I receive any proper update or clarification from Myntra.
After this failure, I contacted customer care and was told that an issue had been raised and I had to wait until 18th February 2026. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress.
To make matters worse, on 18th February 2026, Myntra cancelled my order from their end without even informing me. This is completely unacceptable and shows total lack of professionalism.
What feels even more like cheating is that Myntra had offered a ₹300 first-time buyer coupon, which I used for this order. Since the product was never delivered and was cancelled by Myntra, I requested that the coupon be restored. But customer care refused, saying the coupon is only valid for the first order — even though the failure was entirely on their side.
This is clearly misleading and unfair to customers. I lost my product, my time, and my discount because of Myntra’s mistake. This experience has destroyed my trust in Myntra and I strongly warn other customers to be careful before ordering.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed with my recent order from Myntra. I specifically selected and paid for the gift wrap option, but the product was delivered without any gift wrapping. It was packed in a normal, simple package.
This is not the first time this has happened. In a previous order as well, I paid for gift wrap, but there was no gift wrapping provided—just the regular packaging. If customers are being charged for a service, it should be properly fulfilled.
Please ensure better quality checks and customer service in the future. Charging for gift wrap and not providing it is unacceptable.
