I found my support experience satisfactory. The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered.Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

I received strange Microsoft message with instructions to call a phone number. I called My Phone Support instead and the tech took care of the bogus screen in record time.
AS USUAL... your techs are just the BEST EVER. Great problem solvers, prompt on call backs, and very, very nice. A "20" on a scale of "10" !!!
