2 yrs ago, it was one of the very best decisions in my business life to engage Microsoft Phone Tech Support for both my laptop and my desktop. They have helped me on an ongoing basis 24/7 to make sure my computer is virus-free and working properly, all the way down to helping me figure out a problem opening and handling a download or Word document issue - or anything else. No trying to figure out how to manage until a tech finds time in his schedule to fit me in. They are ALWAYS available or I get a call back within a certain time frame AND, most of all, they are always polite and do not speak to me as if I were ignorant. I LOVE having them in my back pocket!!

Was able to get my computer problem solved very fast and great people to work with..

The wireless mouse I use for my desktop computer was not functioning properly. The technician checked the related drives, and "cleaned" the computer for me. He couldn't find anything wrong with the mouse, but it was working fine again and he suggested it was probably a glitch. I am very satisfied with the help.

I had an email problem. Ken was able to fix it in a few minutes. All the people at My Phone Support are super friendly and professional and stay on the line until all your computer problems are solved.

I had problems with slow loading speed and Vince did a very professional job in correcting that and other unforeseen problems!

Vince and Joyce were highly professional and courteous. Joyce was EXTRA patient with me when I was trying to log in, and was having troubles. Very satisfied with these interactions and fixing the scanner today! Rich Melcher

My printer was not printing. There was minimal ink, so My phone support switched the ink color to one where I could print sufficiently until I get ink.

I've used My Phone Support for several years and they never disappoint! Excellent customer service from the beginning to end. Technical staff members have always been able to find solutions to my computer problems. The service is well worth the price and the people are always pleasant to work with.
