Courteous and efficient handling of my problem.

I have been using my phone support the last two days and I'm VERY SATISFIED as the personal that has help me been very patient with me. All of the personal there seem always want to help me and getting me all the help they can.

As always My Phone Support has come to my rescue. After consulting them again, they have left me with a computer which is running so much better than when i called them that I can hardly believe it. Their technicians are patient and knowledgeable. the never rush me nor show any impatience with my lack of computer sophistication. They are a godsend for me.and have been for over eight years.

I've been a customer of My Phone Support for about 3 years now and today's experience was right on target with past experiences. Qualified people who help you until the job is done. Fortune, like his co-workers, was very polite, patient and answered any questions I had, including some that were not directly related to the main issue that we were dealing with. Thank you.

Tech support was handled by Vince. Excellent support and system check. In addition he was able to answer additional questions I had.
Only problem I encountered was have to wait 25+ minutes before I was connected to Vince

I have been using MyPhoneSupport for a few years and I have never had a problem that was not solved. I believe my technician was Ken, regardless he was efficient ,knowledgeable, patient and so easy to work with. Technician was very patient with me as I am not a computer person. Fixed my problem in no time.

Sam was extremely knowledgeable and patient. My wireless printer needed to be reconfigured because the Cable company had recently changed my wireless router. This was a very complicated process but everything is working fine now.

As usual over the last several years the representatives are prompt, listen well and quickly solve this issue(s). And stay on the project until all is completely in order.

5-6 years ago I had my computer cleaned and I had to sit and watch (doing nothing) for 3 hours. This time the tech said I could just check back every now and then and he would call me with any needs or when he was finished. I was able to do some other things around the house and the whole process was 100% better than the last time. He got the job done and my computer 's response time is much faster

My computer all of a sudden had all these pop ups on my computer. It was locked up and I couldn’t do anything. The message wanted me to call the # on the screen. I decided to call My Phone Support and thank heavens I did. Bottom line is, I needed to purchase Track Off to get rid of these spams. I had it before but when it expired I didn’t renew it. I probably forgot what the purchase was. Anyway I have it for a year, Sam helped me install it but the key code would take go in. He said he’d call back once it went thru and he did.

Spoke with Joyce first then transferred to Paul. Both were very polite and patient with my limited computer skills. Both were informative and assisted me with understanding. Thanks to them for their excellent customer service.
