Awful quality arrived today not even worth half what I have paid unless you get an amazing deal don’t bother

Great experience with excellent customer service Lindsay who was dealing with my query was so polite and helpful this kind of service is what I expect from companies but rarely receive. Highly recommended.

Not a lot more I can say that DONT use this company! They offered me a refund of £3.99 for an item that cost me over £30 the item itself was poorly made and didn’t represent the person that I brought it for. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Great customer service.

Very unhappy with the quality of the item purchased. Arrived late, poor quality. I have emailed several times to request money back and no response. I even got an email from them asking how I thought the service was to which I replied I have been contacting them telling them how poor it is and I want refund, and again no reply to this.

Would give ZERO stars if I could! They sent the package who got lost by the local carrier and is now being sent back. They are refusing to refund me the money and says they would have to charge me again to reship it out to me!!
It was supposed to be a gift for my husband for Father’s Day from our children but they are messing me around and refusing to refund me!! Stay away from this company!!!

The images of the gifts they display on their website are not anything like the products sent out. I ordered a 3D action figure keyring. What arrived was a laminated print of a 3D action keyring.
These people are scammers. Stay well clear.

I was over the moon with the personalised game card. Perfect illustration of the photo I sent, came in a protective plastic case too and up to date tracking. I can’t fault it, would be good to get a preview of the artwork first but it was a pleasant surprise to see it for the first time in person.

Extremely overpriced. Product itself is terrible - it’s impossible for it to look and feel any cheaper. Also paid for express delivery and didn’t turn up on time.

This was an anniversary present for my son and daughter in law. They were absolutely delighted with it The photo reproduction was excellent and the musical box tune of the song they had for their first dance at the wedding was beautiful. Would definitely recommend

There was a problem with the initial order, but had a quick response to get to a resolution. A number of people contributed to making sure that I would be satisfied with the end product which I was grateful for.
Once this was confirmed my order was quick to be replaced and dispatched.
The product came when I was told it would arrive and was able to track it every step of the way.
Happy with my product in the end! Looks great. Thanks

Very poor indeed. A UK domain but they don't inform you the goods are coming from China . Paid extra for faster delivery. That was a waste of money. Never use this company as I won't use them again.

Even though its a .co.uk website product comes from China and I paid extra for delivery in 5 days and it ended up taking 10 days and they refused to refund the extra money paid. Avoid at all costs.

I thought maybe I was an unlucky customer until I saw another recent review. The delivery was very delayed and did not come anywhere close to time frames advertised. The picture quality is absolutely awful and cannot be recognised as the people in the photo provided. Reached out to customer service who don’t care. Avoid this company or be prepared for dissatisfaction, disappointment and loss of money

Late delivery, poor, damaged packaging, paid extra for express delivery (what a con). The images are cross eyed. Totally disappointed with the quality. Would never use this supplier again.

I ordered thinking this was a uk company (it needed to be uk so it came in time)
It took a while to come but came in time for Xmas

However the photo key chain had 3 photos that had cut off our heads

I emailed and the customer service said I made it like that, i certainly did not as I spent an hour editing the pics in the correct orientation I wanted

They won’t replace the item or refund

Basically a scam.
I bought a keychain, even paid extra for the shipping insurance and the VIP service. I got no news on the parcel for ages, and when I asked they said something went wrong with the shipping. They then kept asking me for more money “to re-ship it, otherwise the parcel will be destroyed”, even though the delivery problem was on their end. Apparently buying the extra insurance and all the rest is useless as well, so I guess I’ll never see the issue resolved. Starting to doubt there was even an actual parcel to begin with.
Do NOT buy from them, they’ll just grab your money and ask you for more.
