Ordered printer cartridges , paid for them, they never came, they didn't answer my emails , and PayPal were no help either, just delayed things.

Something has happened to them...
I've been using their products for about a year. So far there's been no problem at all. Last order arrived after three weeks (just a few days ago) and they did not answer my messages at all when I asked about my order. As others wrote, their site is down. Sorry for that as their products were excellent at reasonable prices. I hope they will come back and be a good shop again. I would hate to find another source...

Do not use! Total scam!
This company has taken my money and I have not received any goods. I emailed them and they responded saying they would send another as it must have been 'lost in the post' but that was a fortnight ago. Now all my emails to them are failing to send and their website is down. I'm guessing this was never a legitimate business in the first place!

Took my money, no goods delivered
Been waiting almost a month for my 'next day' delivery. They don't respond to calls or tweets. Have no other way to contact them as their website is now down. Don't buy from these - complete con and took my money immediately.

Do not use myprinterink, they are a con. We have reported them to trading standards, they take your money, they have your bank details and do not send anything out. They do not respond to any emails, telephone messages.

Ink worked great for half the price
Ordered Monday with free delivery, got the order through the door Wednesday. Basic packaging, yet secure, but expected due to the price being the lowest I found from searching all the main sites. A good site to buy cheap hp compatible printer ink from. Recommended.
