I like the product and the prices
I like the product and the prices. But when I order on the website myprotein.ch I suggest that the products are not shipped from Ireland to Switzerland and I have to pay taxes for this.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My parcel was sent to a totally different City although I gave the correct address. When I contacted customer service about the issue they told me that I can pick it up and the GLS point. It was like they didnt even read the message. 5 emails later they said that they would look into the issue.
Total waste of time.

HIDDEN FEES
The website is called “myprotein.CH”, but they send the items from UK andI have had to pay more than 100 francs in import taxes.
Why are is the website still allowed to be called “.CH”, I have no idea.

Fast delivery, the whole order was correct. If I could change one minor detail, would be for the brand to use more information on the description of their products. One of the supplements I used has brought me a normal and non dangerous symptom, that I would prefer to know it in advance, that's all!

Worst delivery ever
Bad delivery solution, the tracking does not work, no one is calling you or informing you per email, no pickpost or collection at the post office available, extra fee to pay if you were not at home for the 1st attempt even if you were not inform they were coming... A quick update, it was actually brought to a pick post and the email received was a scam! So sad and thank you for your swift reply, highly appreciated.
