The customer service is awful

The customer service is awful! I created a return for 2 products that are smaller that I need and I can't send the parcel because the courier is asking me a phone number from Poland which I don't find anywhere. It's outrageous!! Even 1 star is too much for these services!

Worst client service

The quality of the products I bought (clothes) is okay, the size chart isn't the best, but that's not my biggest issue. The issue that I had was with the client service, which is one of the worst client services I've ever had to deal with. I wrote a very clear message with the information that I needed regarding my return (which I haven't heard anything of in 2 weeks) and their responses were not just unhelpful, but straight up dumb, leaving me questioning if they even read what I wrote.
After buying such expensive products on a site that is very highly advertised in Romania, you would think that returning would not be so complicated. As another user said if I would have known the tax for returning an item would ba 10€, I wouldn't have ordered from the site.
Another thing that I don't like is no direct way of contacting them, only through messages that take a day to get a response and no way to reply to their response, having to write yet another message. I don't understant why they have the live chat option listed if it isn't even available.
Wouldn't buy again.

No information regarding macronitrient content on the website for hydrolised whey, and also no information about aminoacid profile.

Good quality, complicated and expensive return procedure

Update: I contacted MyProtein, as advised in the reply. They offered me 5 euros credit for my next order. The return tax is 10 euros, so their way of resolving their mistake is offering credit lower than the return cost for a 50 euros product. I replied ending with "No, thanks" and in their next reply they asked me again if I accept the offer and nothing else. It felt like talking to walls. They also closed the ticket after each of their reply so if you want to reply, you have to issue another ticket, the reply button doesn't work.

I also wrote a review on the website, on the product page, but it does not appear or has not been approved yet. The product is fine, but the size chart misled me and I ordered the wrong size. According to it, it should've been a little small or not fit me at all, but it is too large. Unfortunately, the return procedure is too expensive, too complicated, and not exactly transparent (the cost of the return is not mentioned anywhere). If I had seen the return expenses from the beginning, I probably wouldn't have taken the risk of ordering the wrong measure for a quite expensive product. I tested the product during training and, unfortunately, it slips during training. I would have liked the return procedure to be made more clear and the size chart to be accurate. I will not order again.

Don’t recommend

Don’t recommend. I bought two ankle straps that were so small, maybe some children could’ve used for the gym. Chinese quality, very bad. Go and buy from more trusty sites - my protein is not one of them.

Big mistake to order from MyProtein

I ordered in November some protein powder, it took 1 MONTH to receive the order and guess what?! It’s missing 1 product. They are saying that is “out of order”, I understand that, but still 3 months later and didn’t received even a message. I texted them that I want my product or money back and they are saying that they didn’t took the money for that product. I paid full price and the money are took. I will never ever order from them again

They are shipping with Cargus in…

They are shipping with Cargus in Romania, which is the worst shipping company. Its the only company I've experienced, again now, to not contact me at all, then supposedly after "the second day try" to send the package to f**king outside Bucharest, to Magurele, to be sent back to expeditor. And MyProtein's support when asked to intervine, they were just sorry.

A Welcome Redemption

Note: This Review was Edited and the Rating was changed from 1 to 4 based on MyProtein Support response to the initial review.

There was a problem with the payment for the delivery of an order I placed. I was charged payment when I shouldn’t have been.

I placed an order on MyProtein.ro (which qualified for free delivery). The next day I reconsidered, since only part of the order was prepared and mailed I decided to add more products to it. Sadly this was not possible as per the site policy. I was told that I should place a second order and that prices will be adjusted. I did place a second order (which did not qualify for free delivery) and I advised MyProtein Support of that but I was ignored, prices were not adjusted. As an alternative I asked them to send the second order with what was left to send from the first order so delivery costs could be saved but they decided against that as well.

I don’t know, I don’t understand if this was a misunderstanding or something else. It was a shock because previous conversations with Support were very good. Orders were always delivered on time and products were of good quality.

Following my initial Trustpilot Review, MyProtein Support contacted me and refunded the payment for the delivery.

Now, I won’t give them a perfect rating (because of what I had to go through) but I will definitely keep buying from them and recommend them. Hell, I was (and still am) so happy with their products that I kept recommending them even though I had this problem.

I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I have shopped from this site many times for several years and every time I was very satisfied, the last time even more so because they introduced the ship&go courier system, which for me it is very useful. Also, the shipping was way faster than I hoped.

About their products, I love them! They are healthy, tasty and good for dieting as well as for increasing muscle mass.

And almost all the time they have promotions and discounts.

Unpleased

You should definitely review your romanian website! When choosing the delivery option, it's quite confusing, it's not specified that when you choose the click&collect option you will be charged as for the door to door delivery. Besides, nobody is calling or writing for the order and address confirmation. I was just notified that the order will be prepared, and further as it turned out, when I wanted to modify the address, it was impossible to make any changes according to your so called "terms". It's at least unprofessional, and not at all user friendly. Moreover, there is no any phone number displayed in order to call and clarify the situation, there is just a kind of a ticket system where you are forced to wait for an answer 24-48 hours.

Pleasant experience

Hi there!
My last experience with the myprotein support service was a pleasant one. I needed help with a return in progress, for which I initially received the money only for 1 out of 3 returned products.
After a while the case was taken over by Radu who provided me with the necessary information and quickly understood my situation.
He took care of the case until the end, which certainly helped to facilitate it.

Scump, necalitativ - pierdere de timp

Îmi place site-ul are multe chestii (haine / proteine), dar total dezamăgit de proteine și alte consumabile. Știu ca acum ceva timp am luat creatina și nu se dizolva absolut de loc. Am vrut sa mai comanda dar acel când m-a întors mereu (produse proaste). Merge ss îți comanzi doar haine , dar și acestea sunt exagerat descumpe.
Ba mai mult, din experienta unui prieten , au ajuns și cu defect.

Părerea mea este sa nu va pierdeți timpul doar dacă doriți sa aruncați banii pe geam.

I like the site it has a lot of stuff (clothes / protein) but totally disappointed with the protein and other supplies. I know that some time ago I took the creation and it did not dissolve at all. I wanted to order again, but that time he always turned me away (bad products). It's fine if you only order clothes, but even these are extremely expencive.
Moreover, from the experience of a friend, they also arrived with a defect.

My opinion is don't waste your time only if you have to throw your money down the window. .

Don't think about returning!

I had to return an order, all of it. I followed all the steps in the return procedure. On the order page, I selected return, I selected all the products, then I was redirected to another site where I selected the reason, I paid the 10 euros and a return label was generated for me, which I pasted on the package and sent the package with DHL. The package arrived at its destination on Monday, but I did not receive any news, so I wrote to the Romanian customer service. Guess what they told me? That the package has arrived at some temporary destination and from there I have to talk to DHL to send it on to the final warehouse. How is such a thing possible?!? I used the return label generated by them and it was still not good! I told the customer service to take care of this situation because I took all the necessary steps and even paid 10 EUROS! If this situation is not resolved in a few days, I will go to the bank and cancel the transaction and sue them if necessary! Who has heard of such a difficult return process?!

The return process takes a long time so…

The return process takes a long time so they make you wait longer than the legal deadline to return the products and get your money back. I mention this deadline because even from the bank you can't cancel the transaction for fraud, unless you sue them.
