I order two products total order 651 ron, you took from my card only 460 ron and you are asking for 536.25 more to complete the order wich will be a total of 996.25 ron.

I cancelled my order 1 hour after…
I cancelled my order 1 hour after placing it, on a Sunday night at 9PM. They sent me the order and said it could not be cancelled because it was already in expedition. You tell me that in one hour they packed the order and gave it to the shipping company, so then it arrived in 2 weeks? When I wrote them about that they kept telling me that it was packed and I have to pay for the return. Poor customer service, they answer in 1 week after you write the message, but they pack orders in one hour Sunday night.

Big issues with customer service and security issues
issue 1 - the delivery expences had to be free after 299ron - but it doesn't.
issue 2 - the save the card details without asking.
...i did buy in the past and everything was ok. Now, is a total NO-GO status.

Parcel wrecked, awful customer support.
Customer support is very bad. I received my parcel cut on 1 side, they don't even bother to tape the parcel safely. When i reported this they asked if the products were affected. Theoretically no, but how do i know if they fell during the transport in insalubrious places or do they think it's normal to use products which traveled in a half opened box??? The courier gave me the parcel with the other side to me so i didn't notice in the first place, because i would have refused it. They are mean and do not even care about customers. Lack of respect. I prefer to pay for the return than to use these products. Shame on you. I don't even care anymore if the products are good or not.

return not processes correctly
I have ordered 5 clothing items, 1 of them defective, the others in wrong sizes (very inaccurate sizes for their clothing). I have asked to return all of them, support team asked me to provide pictures for the defective product, I did, they confirmed and refunded me probably by error the value of another product. 63.21 instead of 86.41 RON, asking me to keep the defective product, not to send it back. The other 4 products have been returned following the instructions, of course paying more than 10 euros for the return, I have received the confirmation of receival, but they refunded only 3 products out of 4. Customer support is horrible, now they are asking again for receipt, pictures, instead of reading the old messages, they are doing nothing to give my money back. They forced me keep the defective product. Terrible experience, I will never order again from them, this is scam.

If I could give 0 starts I would. The clothing are in crazy sizes. S is extremely small and M is large. Never again I will buy from this company.
Not mentioning that the return cost is 10 Euro. So you pay 5 euro for delivery and 10 Euro for return. Not worth it, don't buy clothes.
