Made an order on 30th June, still did not receive anything. I wrote four emails to the customer service and a message on their Instagram channel to ask for any update. Up to today I only received one reply in which they ask to confirm the name and the address of a person (probably another client) who has nothing to do with my order. I even forwarded my order details, but no reply whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!

Edit 09.08. Another week has passed, got no reply whatsoever, even though I wrote three more emails. Do not purchase from them, it is just not worth it.

Edit 12.08. I asked for a refund, sent two more emails, a message on their Facebook page, a message on their Instagram page and still NOTHING. At this point I can say what I am experiencing with them feels just like I have been robbed. Unbelievable, truly unbelievable...

Edit 17.08. No reply yet, not a single word... Instead, got a shipment update which informed me my package is in California since August 8th. At this point I believe they will deliver it to that address they asked me to confirm, which obviously has nothing to do with my order which was supposed to be delivered to Rome, in Italy. Pointless to specify that I did not receive the reimbursement either. A bad joke, this is what this "company" is.

Honestly I'm in love anything ocean themed, and secret wood keeps releasing these gorgeous pieces. The recent one of the tide was perfect. Every time you look at it you find something new. It's beautifully created and you can tell they actually care about their work and their customers. I got a little extra gift from their team for being a loyal customer. It was a very welcome surprise.

Lost $50 for return shipping although it was the brand’s quality issues. Customer service is slow and terrible. Would never recommend.

I had to return two times. For the first time, the plate on back was damaged so I asked for an exchange. The second return is because one of the exchanges plates did not fit the pendant properly.
I paid $150 for mystery chest and got a $26 refund for exchange shipping. Then return the item, got $124 refund. Which means I wasn’t even compensated for the first exchange. I basically lost over $50 returning my items.

Don’t buy from them! The quality is bad and they will not refund the costs you paid. Made my purchase on December 2023 and I’m still stuck with this issue!

They kept ignoring my emails, but got a quick response after posting here.

“Unfortunately, our platform and policy will only allow us to issue refunds for the entire amount paid at the time of purchase. As you we reimbursed for the cost of return shipping ($25.55 USD) out of this amount, then the remaining amount for the refund ($123.95 USD), the complete amount available for us to refund has been issued.”

I was never aware of the policy. They did not inform me before returning my items. If I knew I will lose over $50 by returning, I would have thought about it twice. Terrible customer service.

I believe they blocked my address. Can’t contact them anymore. Terrible brand. They don’t care about customers and quality. Simply not worth the money.
Just speculation, but feels like they don’t accept PayPal because they are not confident with their product and customer service.

I received an incorrect order in replace of my own. Once I emailed and informed Secret Woods about this, the team were amazing at successfully sorting it all out for me. I have the whole collection to date of the turtle shells, absolutely love them and was relieved to not miss out! It's the first issue I've ever encountered and the response reassured me, even if things go wrong, this is an amazing and trustworthy company to deal with. I now also have 2 rings to add to my collection as they allowed me to keep them also.

Amazing quality and craftsmanship! Have yet to be disappointed in our purchases.

Well it seems your sizing methods have been refined as my previous orders I had to order two sizes up in order to actually get the correct size. This time around I ordered the same size but now its too big for my partner, as well as the packaging was not as good so when i received my order my ring was damaged. I didn't want to have to call but sending 3 emails and no answer within almost a month is horrible.

Always a pleasure to purchase from secret wood. I have several pieces and always am happy with their jewelry.

Third time ordering from them and a much better experience this time / items were shipped in a timely manner / all items arrived undamaged / only issue is that the amethystus top I got is significantly darker then the ones pictured and looks almost black in indoor lighting

The design and shells are excellent! I get compliments all the time. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because when I made my first order they sent me the wrong length size. They replaced it but it took about a month. I then made a purchase for the BLOOMED REQUIEM that came with a 24in length necklace but they sent me an 18in.

Been buying Secret Woods items for years! My wife loves the shells and we are always infatuated with the designs and look. Customer service is amazing and they will help you fix and problem with items and replace anything that goes wrong. We love to talk to friends about Secret Woods and will keep growing our collection!

1.) I love the packaging Secret Wood products come in. Always have. The box is so cool!
2.) Products are always beautiful. This one was a colorful bouquet of flowers on a rose gold pendant. So gorgeous 😍! Magnet is strong too so I feel comfortable about my partner wearing it wherever.

Secret Woods is quick to produce and ship their products. If any issues arise they are helpful in fixing the issues.

I've purchased a few pendants from Secret Wood. My latest purchase was the Eternal Supernova and Galactica Pendant pieces. Both pieces were absolutely well detailed and beautiful, Galactica in particular looked like an entire Milky Way Galaxy contained within a small gem. Eternal Supernova was very colorful and pretty, my only criticism on the piece was that the piece in the website looked a bit more cool than the piece in person, but from the multiple pieces I've gotten from Secret Wood I've never had a problem. It's well package, they always meet the expectation of high quality and they always release new and thrilling jewelry pieces!

While the packaged I recieve from this company are always intact upon arrival, I have never recieved one on time. Sometimes I have waited weeks or months to recieve a package. I am writing this review because a member of the fulfillment center asked for it based on me receiving my latest package. However unlike his expectation of me already receiving my order, I am still waiting for it to arrive.

I’ve attempted to communicate with you guys regarding questions about shipping twice. Did not get a response on the first attempt and got a response 2 days after the 2nd attempt. I also tried to initiate a conversation after receiving my order. An item was missing from my order and I have yet to hear from the company about it.

The shells are extremely beautiful! I have quite a collection and just added the magic mushroom shell. It is the most whimsical one of them all. Love it! Love the company and their customer service as well! Shells are packaged really well too! Will definitely buy more!

I love all my pieces from this company. They ship pretty quickly too.
