So I finally have the world on the back of a really charming necklace. It's actually a lovely little thing that I got as a Christmas gift for a friend although said gift is late mostly due to my own faults. I ordered the "Ethereal Blossom Top" with the black "Turtle Pendant". It's honestly a lot smaller than I expected it to be, but it doesn't take away from the quality. Overall you can clearly see what's inside the shell, and the magnet is definitely strong enough to secure that the shell wont fall out any time soon if at all ever. As far as emails go the team at secretwood are pretty responsive, but it will take as they say about 2-3 business days to hear from them. I'm very happy with the gift and I hope my friend will be too!

I love my shell!! It's so beautifully crafted and exactly what I hoped for, including the fun whimsical packaging. It did take a while for my package to arrive but that's fine considering all the work that goes into it. Be patient, it's worth the wait. :)

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. I placed an order back in november and I specifically selected items that were "in stock" and supposedly shipped out within 5 business days, since the purchase was a Christmas gift. The order arrived after 7 weeks - in January - and according to the tracking was shipped by Secret Woods 3 weeks after the order. I sent multiple emails to the customer service, both before the package was sent, to ensure they would ship my order with enough advance before Christmas, and after. Half of my emails were ignored and the ones that received an answer were useless and a complete waste of time (the customer service even suggested I check my spam and claimed they answered to email A, after i told them they didn't answer to email B).

Regarding the items, 3 out of 4 shells I received are good, the 4th one looks completely different from the pictures online (in a bad way). If not for the issues described above, I would be ok with the items quality, but the extreme delay in the fulfillment of my order and the unprofessional way everything was handled is unacceptable. Would not recommend.

I got Galactica and Grim garden and its so beautifull, even better in person. I'm so happy and totaly recommend. I will order soon more of your products.

Was not a fan of the rings, at all..... Your photos make the rings seem much more brilliant and they are not that magical.

As always, the product and customer service were fantastic. My wood and resin ring arrived with a small chip in the wood, and they offered to replace it for free when I sent them a photo. The chip doesn’t bother me, so I declined. However, I am absolutely going to keep shopping their magical items!

The pieces were beautiful and loved the wooden treasure chest. It was a gift for my wife and she loved it.

Placed an order in July for my grandmother's birthday.
9 weeks later still no necklace, they have kindly given me a 30% refund but now my grandmother is in ill health and I'm honestly afraid she'll pass before the necklace arrives.
It's silly but I feel so guilty over not getting my grandma a birthday present for potentially the last time and I don't think I can quite reconcile the 30% refund to that.
I had to email a couple of times to get an answer to begin with as I had no response.
As stunning as the jewellery is I can't see myself ordering from them again.

Edit to add - have emailed them 3 times now since last week and still awaiting a response, ridiculous!

This is my second time ordering from here. The first time I bought a necklace with 3 different tops for my fiancee. This time I ordered another limited top that she loves! Great company and will keep on ordering

Secrets Woods are always easy and smooth to purchase from, yes the delivery takes time to the UK but it is always worth it for the product you receive, it has been a tradition for me to gifts their amazing pieces to my partner and recently purchased a rose quartz shell to propose with. The engraving service was brilliant, the communication from Ryan and them team was timely arlnd clear.
But overall the shells are always stunning and delivered in unbelievable condition inside a beautiful and fragrant chest. As long as you are around it will always be a tradition to purchase new pieces from you. Thanks again Secret Woods

My recent purchase had been my 2nd for a birthday present to my wife. The Galactica & Steel Turtle Pendant caught my eye for the perfect present. The delivery time was accurate for the 30 day estimate. The shell turned out wonderful and is truly mesmerizing. The chain on the other hand broke upon my wife initially putting it on, fortunately, we had some spare leather string which she seems very happy with. We did try a steel chain but the magnetism from the turtle pendent is quite strong and can throw off how it hangs. I'd suggest offering a premium titanium chain as a purchase option since titanium won't be pulled to the magnet. Otherwise, it's the pendant that replaced all her other necklaces now.

I was very disappointed by how darkened out the Aurora Borealis turtle pendant was. On the website they show how lightened up these are, this is what makes the item appealing. It is so dark that it looks like a stone instead of seeing the northern lights in it.

My package has been sitting somewhere for about three weeks. USPS says the shipping label has been created, but they have not received the package. I don’t know where it’s at because Secret Woods isn’t answering any messages or being any help. I do not have my ring, but they have my $79.20. I’ve been patient long enough. I’m pretty fckn angry at this point. This is no way to run a business if you expect to stay reputable!

Edited to Add: Actually, my inquiry was on July 13. It took five days to get the reply you’re referring to, which didn’t mention anything about the courier possibly needing 10 days to investigate.

Mystery Box is Amazing. I have a wooden ring from a long while back along with a pendent set that I got during the pandemic. I bought a mystery box recently and they did an amazing job of finding things that were different than what I have but still matched the style of what I'd chosen. Very lovely and versatile.
