Still trying to get a return. I was given two addresses where to send the product back and both are undeliverable and i cannot get my return because of that. The reason i am returning is because the stone looks nothing like presented on the website and it came chipped on the side.

My order took a lot longer than I expected to get here I ordered it Oct of 2022. My order didn't arrive until till June of 2023 I understand shipping is crazy since COVID. It was just a bummer that my friend got her Christmas gift in June of the following year that's all.

Every time I have purchased items from you I have been pleased. You make beautiful pieces. Thank you for your great service.

The pendant was absolutely gorgeous! Got so many compliments when I wore it! Unfortunately, the chain broke when I was wearing it on the third/fourth time and dropped on the floor quite forcefully. Was so worried that the pendant might be scratched from the impact but thankfully it seems to be undamaged. Now I need to find a way to fix the chain so that I can wear it again.

Secret Woods is a pretty good business. I've placed four different orders and from what I've got, I can say that they sell beautiful and detailed landscapes in the shape of a shell. That being said, that was only two orders.

I got this survey emailed to me telling me to rate my satisfaction with my most recent order. I made my last order a week ago, but the last order that was fulfilled was about a month ago. I understand why it would take about two weeks, given that I choose the cheapest shipping option, but I'm still waiting on an order I placed May 12th. I emailed Secret Woods about a month ago, and they did get back to me pretty fast and explained the problem, but still no notification on if it's been shipped.

I looked at the email again and saw that the delay was from the molds of for the turtle bases broke, so they have to replace them. Accidents happen, so I feel that shouldn't affect the final score. Secret Woods gets five stars.

The shell are amazing! They are all unique, slightly different from the picture from the website.

The time between order and shipping is a few weeks every time. But it's worth the wait!

I've been a long time customer. I have several shells that I wear as a necklace.

Secret woods is like your favourite charm bracelet when you get fed up you can interchange the charms with others but this is with turtle or tortoise shells of different kinds from gem stones to a sunk boat and many more

Final update: August 17,2023 - My order got to me! I'm from Asia. Their product is just as beautiful as advertised. And packaged exactly as advertised! They also honored the email promo I put in the notes. I love them 🙂 What a lovely piece!
- Thanks for responding Secret Wood. Unfortunately, what I see on the tracker is it's still in Canada. If you see this, kindly please let me know why we see different things on the tracker (?)
-they've sent my order but the parcel seems to be stuck in some part of Canada. It is now July 24. It's been there for 11 days now. I hope it gets back on track soon.

Sidenote, I sent an inquiry about ring sizes (another thing I wanted to buy)... I never got a response, unfortunately. I think their products are so amazing, these beautiful pendants can market themselves. But... The lack of customer service promptness kinda dulls everything.😔

-my order has been shipped, they notified me via email. It is July 13. So their products may take time, as they advised previously. The order has a tracking number that allows me to see where the shipment is at. It's promising so far. Will continue to update!

-they just updated me. It seems I was mistaken. The reason why they haven't sent it is coz they craft it after each order. I guess for anyone ordering this for a special occasion, it needs some lead time. I will update this review when I get my item 🙂

My order still isn't fulfilled (ordered it about 11 days ago) and I'm not getting a response from an actual person anymore. I'm not from Canada or the US... Has anybody else ordered from Asia? I hope it actually comes through. I'll change this review if/when I receive my item.

Update 7/20 -Received my replacement pendant today. The items are lovely, just expect to wait for them.

The company was pretty responsive at first. Now it feels like I'm being ignored. I still haven't received a response for an email i sent on 6/8. The shells themselves were beautiful but the magnet from the turtle pendant came off the same day I received it. I reached out via email and they sent a return label so it could be fixed. They received the return at the end of May. It has been crickets since then with no response. I ordered these back on 3/6 and I still haven't been able to actually wear my purchase.

The website is clean and easy to navigate. I have made several orders over the years and I have not been disappointed with this company.

The necklace was not what I expected as there is a large cloudy area on one end. This makes the stone look broken or just plain off. After contacting customer service via text app and email, I was offered a refund. While I appreciate this, I wanted the product that looks more like the item pictured. Anyway, time is an issue, so I kept the one I have. Paying to ship it back and ordering a replacement would simply raise the cost overall and who knows if the next one would be better or worse. Customer service 4 stars, product 2 stars... averaging 3 stars overall. This was my second purchase and probably my last. I guess local is best for these type of items.

The delivery time stated I'd have it before mother's day. I ended up getting it almost 3 weeks later.

I Really love the products, they look beautiful. Even tough the production took some time, the service team was quick in response and answered all my questions.

The last two orders I have made didn't ship until I asked, after the four week order timeframe happened. That the first shipped right after I asked and the second maybe did (it doesn't seem to be moving in the system yet) upsets me. I am.a very long time customer, I've referred several others who have made several purchases; this didn't used to happen and now it's happening consistently. I won't be referring anyone new right now; I may make more purchases myself, but I can't in good faith recommend others do so when orders only seem to ship after nagging (something the last friend I referred noticed herself). Please do better; I love this jewelry, and I used to feel so good about recommending it, and now I don't think I can, because it reflects badly on me when there are these kinds of fulfillment problems.

If I could give them a 0 I would. It’s been 248 days since I placed my order… it took me reaching out to them for them to essentially say “oh, Covid has made it hard to get the ingredients for the rings you bought.” Cool, I said how much longer and they said they didn’t know but instead of a refund they gave me 10% off my next order as if that sufficed. 200 days went by and they’re now ignoring my monthly email asking for an update and still no product. Meanwhile the same rings are still for sale so they continue to do this to hundreds of people. Trash company, trash customer service.

Thank you for the beautiful product my only complaint is that it took a very long time.

The product came quicker than expected, packaged nicely and came in a nice box. It was a gift for my significant other. The ring however was slightly big on him,but he wears it on a chain instead anyways. He loves the ring. I am glad I got the ring on sale while I could. It turned out the way it looked in the images online. The details were amazing, and texture was amazing. I think I'll have to do size 6 for him next time and 5 for me lol since I know 7 and 6 would be way too big for me I got an idea on what size I'll need, and since the rings are not like any other rings either. They are unique.

Product is great. Awesome creativity and material. Perfect for gifts and presents. But delivery is so disappointing.

Very nice product :), took a while to arrive though.
