I needed two site plans for the same property and wasn't sure how to handle the submission. I was contacted almost immediately (Ivan) —even though it was late in the day—because they noticed something about my order that needed clarification.
They were incredibly responsive, quickly worked out exactly what I needed, adjusted the order, and even issued me a partial refund. Everything was just that easy. I received my completed site plan the very next day.
