Your size chart was guiding me to the wrong size for a sweater. When I complained after receiving the sweater ( because of paying for sending ánd returning), you didn’t even bother to reply.

RETURN COST $40 TO SHIP
helmet I ordered was great but too small. cost me $40 to return. I'll be purchasing from other brands in the future.

Love and loyal to the brand yet 2 neoprene ordered were glued inside
Ordered 2 neoprenes - both of them were glued inside and I could not try them
Returned immediately - return is not smooth like other online companies yet I have been greatly assisted by customer service !

More size options would be nice
I really love the jacket and overall everything was great! My only concern is that it only comes in two sizes. Since I’m short and slim, the fit is a bit too big for me. I’m keeping it, though—more size options would make it perfect.

I'm impressed how soft, thick and warm is material. I'm woman tall 170cm, 60kg and size S/M it is unfortunately to big for me, sleeves are too long and on shoulderes is too much material. My boyfriend is 176 cm tall ad the size S/M is perfect for him. Design and materials are really awesome 5+

Waist Harness and Foil Daybag
Recently bought new Majestic Ydwer and GEM harnesses for me and my wife, and few Stealth spreader bars. Absolutely happy with the size/fit, design and quality!
Also bought a Patrol Midi Foil Daybag 6'5 - fits my midlength 6'3 like a glove and I love the extra thick rail protection.

Unhappy customer
I was a huge fan with my first Mystic wetsuit. I even had a friend buy one too. I ordered a winter wetsuit in an XL (I am not overweight just a larger woman). I could not even pull it up over my torso. I sent an email (with photos) explaining this. I had to pay $22 to return it. It was suggested to me to try a Jayde. Why would i do that? I'm very unhappy with this.

Great products poorly packed
Putting a helmet and sturdy plastic hanger in a box over double the size without any cushioning is just laziness and subjects the products to damages during transport when they move around inside the box. Also not environmentally sound to use oversized packaging.
Products themselves are great.
