Good Value
We had a great holiday in Italy with them, stayed in a fine hotel in London and have used the Supercard for a variety of purchases.
Our only minus point for them would be communication, which can be slow at times, but all in all, the Supercard was good value.

This is a huge SCAM
This is a huge SCAM! They had a busy day on July 12th taking £69.99 out of my account without my consent or knowledge that this had been done, as they did with several others. This was also done on a repeat subscription basis which I found out after contacting the fraud line. I hope these dishonest group are found and punished- absolutely disgusting what they are doing!

My wife has just discovered 3 unauthorized payments to super card, we have never heard of it!! 12th of each month as others. TOTAL SCAM.
Never mind replying with investigation rubbish give these people their money back, it's not yours it's stolen. Just GIVE IT BACK.

robbers and scammers - do not use. taking money online without requiring confirmation of pin etc. Make sure you avoid. Have reported as fraud - as have many others who were also scammed on same date at same time.

On 12th July an amount of £69.99 was taken from my bank account fraudulently. The name of the company is Super-Card. I'd no idea who or what they are. Thankfully, I contacted the Bank of Scotland fraud dept, and my card was cancelled immediately and within 2 hours the money was back in my account.
The bank will now investigate how my details were obtained. Nobody other than me has access to my card or my bank details, and I hadn't subscribed to any new website or received a dodgy email, so I'd love to know how the scammers carried this out. I see that someone else was scammed for the same amount on the same date, so I'm wondering if this will turn out to be an organised fraud around this particular date. I'm waiting now on my new bank card arriving which is very annoying and inconvenient for me.

Like so many other reviews my bank…
Like so many other reviews my bank account showed a debit of £69.99 pending. I found the company on Google and rang them. They tried to say that as I had had a previous account with them they thought I would like this. Of course, I've never had any dealings with them before. My bank can't cancel a pending transaction but can deal with it once it goes through. The person I rang said it would be refunded but I don't trust them. No idea how they got hold of my bank details.

Never heard of this website before my bank contacted me earlier today to confirm non fraudulent transaction of £69.99 along with subscription setup. 100% fraudulent transaction attempt thankfully no funds lost and subscription cancelled.
