Package finally arrived and was what I was looking forward to, I intend on revamping and restructuring the puzzle to fit curse of strahd

Recently, placed an order for a t- shirt. Quality was very good and shipping was quick. We were very happy with our experience. Would definitely order from Mythroll Armory again.

Items ordered 9/26/2021 totalling $150. After several emails to support, no response. Chargeback issued 10/24 and responded within 1 business day. They are having supply chain issues which is reasonable. They update the order and all items are sent to ship. However, as of writing, the first item was delivered to the wrong state. The second item is also on track to be delivered to the wrong state. No response, weeks of delay, and misdelivered goods.

Edit: they have since shipped the correct goods and issued a refund due to the issues. While a good response, I still can't say that my experience was positive.

Not only do these guys make the most awesome "dice" I've ever used, but the customer service is beyond excellent and they bent over backwards to help sort out a mistake that *I* made on my order.

When One of my Mythic Rollers was broken I contacted the company and instead of sending just the pieces needed to repair the break they sent me an entire replacement. They went far above the call even getting me the replacement, from China, in less then 2 weeks.

I have not recieved my order nor have I recieved an email back after sending 2. I spent over $30 and just want a refund but when I email them I get nothing back. All I want is my money back so I can buy from somewhere else.

David reached out to me after I ordered when he realized that one of the items I ordered was not in stock in the warehouse. He informed me that there were a few at the office, and that he would go get one the next day (after contacting me), but that it would delay my shipment by a few days. That’s the kind of personal touch you can expect from these guys, going above and beyond for their customers.

Glad I saw these being used on Into the Mist videos and decided to order. No more chasing the bouncing die around or under the furniture. As a 30 + year rpg enthusiast I expect to be rolling or spinning my way through many more adventures with my friends. Your product works as advertised and was packaged attractively and safely for in between game storage if needed.

Update
This manufacturer/ seller, has yet to provide the item. This order is over 90 day past due. Hopefully the can manage to process a refund.

Dishonest and deceptive

While the product looks nice on the internet. My order is over a month delay. it was promised the following week multiple times then just delayed a month. company is unresponsive to questions at this point.

They source much from China and have failed to keep up with production and scheduling of orders and have shown little concern for meeting customer expectations.

I ordered my product over a month ago and still have not gotten it. I haven’t even received any shipping confirmation or anything, just the website asking for reviews on a product they never even sent me I’m very unimpressed.

Can’t wait to see the reaction.
Spouse showed an interest in these to add to the dice horde.
Very solid and heavy, shouldn’t go rolling around the table from overexcited spins.

I received my order to find the package had been cut opened and one of the dice spinners was missing. Despite the fact the courier messed up I contacted mythroll and they sent another spinner right away (thanks Dave), which I received about a week later. Awesome customer service. The bearings move very smooth and the marked bearing doesn't land in the same spot (providing random results)

Arrived on time and as ordered! Highly recommend!

Excellent product. It meant the world to my partner, which was the best part! The tracking and shipping was a bit of a hassle, even concerning at times, but everything worked out and I’m very pleased with everything. Five Stars, B!!

This is a great group that is putting out awesome products. Everything has been superb so far. They’re quick to help with issues and reply quickly to questions.

Mythroll Armory not only makes great products has wonderful customer service. Their dice rollers are so much fun to use and when I lost a ball bearing they helped me figure out how to fix it. They are a great company and I can't recommend them enough.

The post office lost my package but Mythroll replaced it and were extremely helpful with this horrible situation! My friend loved his spinner! A great gift for you or a friend!
