I ordered a pair of pink Ergobaum crutches on Friday the 1st of October 21, I was slightly hesitant at first as orders were done over the phone, I would like to say I am hugely impressed with the fantastic service I received as the crutches came today ( Monday 4th of October). The crutches were cheaper compared to other sellers I had seen and had a variety of colours. I would highly recommend and give TravelMobilityLtd 5 stars for great service.. Thank you.

I bought a second-hand mobility scooter from this company. It took a long time to arrive, and once it did it was faulty and had several of its components replaced by wood. It was completely unfit for purpose. When returning it, the seller spent weeks trying to 'find a box' and then there were issues with the money being refunded. As of writing this, (months after returning), I have still not been fully refunded and the company will not respond to my emails. I intend to report My Travel Mobility to trading standards, but have written a review too in order to warn other potential customers.

Edit: since writing this, I received a response to my email and I have been refunded the remaining amount. I have decided to keep the review up because the whole process was unnecessarily protracted.
