Selling used or refurbished phones

Selling used or refurbished phones. Mine come with out scratches but with old or week battery. Phone dies suddenly when still have about 20% charge. Will not last a day on one charge.
Regret to purchased phone from them.

Animal having a business..Paid for two days shipping and it took…

Paid for two days shipping and it took time till they sent at least the email that they're out of stock,i treid to cancel but it didnt go..even the their number shown was just not working:(
The ratings here are or one star or five stars so probably its alot of the owners friends and family who gave it 5 cause its just interesting how theres no imbetweens....

The Worst

I purchased an iPhone from them once before. No problem. That was 2 years ago. Purchased another just before XMas and paid for next-day FedEx delivery. They charged my card then never sent it. I emailed with no response. Called five times 5 days AFTER XMas. Still had not been sent. I emailed once again to inquire and then received a response that they simply cancelled my order! I emailed back and asked why. No response. I called 10 more times, but nobody is ever "available" to answer. Press any number (believe me, I tried them all), and one's call simply gets dropped. A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, unless you are a masochist who hates your money and your time.

very bad company

I bought Samsung galaxy s7 phone for my Mom on her birthday, This phone came damaged, the First day when I receive this phone and put it on charging, the phone starts getting very hot. I sent an email to N1 wireless but they replied

"It’s normal that the charger gets hot when the phone is charging. Due to the output current intensity and surrounding temperature. There is no need to worry about. Stay away from the hot source and put it somewhere cool. Try not to use the phone when charging".

Now this phone won't charge anymore. I sent another email to N1Wireless but no reply received.

I am regretting to this day why I bought a phone from a very Unprofessional company who doesn't have a customer service phone number. The number on their website is unreachable.

I will never buy anything from N1wireless again.

Receptive Phone descriptions

Bought Samsung S7 Active open Box. Reqquested a return due to the item was clearly a used worn item. The screen protective screen was completely scratched. The Phone workers well so that is a plus. Five days after requesting a return still no response from N1 Wireless Inc.

Don't buy from them there descriptions a deceptive and very long shipping times.

They Suck ball . Just go to Newegg or Best buy.

Not a Reliable Reseller

Ordered an Apple charger and they cancelled my order without any explanation. At least they refunded my money. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company. There customer service is non-existent. They are the worse. They do not answer the phone and if they do, the phone will hang up. I asked for a supervisor and was left on hold for 2 hours and then hung up on. They do not stand by their warranty.

A Happy Purchaser of Samsung S9+....

About a month ago, I purchased a Samsung S9+ in the lilac color for myself. Was very pleasantly surprised by its initial appearance, which was completely clear of scratches. One corner had the sign of having been dropped, as it was missing some color and was very slightly crushed. However, this was so small that even a clear case made the damage almost impossible to see. One month later, and the S9+ still seems to have zero operational issues. Importantly, the battery takes and holds a charge extremely well.

Now, I.m really considering buying an S10 which I will probably give my husband....:)) He is a photography nut, and even tho the S9+ is superb (for me) , I understand the S10 is better,

Hopefully, these will be the last phones for us before 5G becomes really widespread and not buggy.

Will not do business with this retailer… Poor customer service

Will not do business with this retailer again. Ordered a mophie case and they sent me the wrong item. They tried to make me pay for the shipping to return the item even though it was their fault for sending the incorrect item, Customer service just hangs up the phone when calling so you can never get connected, I created many tickets online but they just send you unhelpful email responses. Now im stuck with a product I did not order.

With regards my last post......I was informed product was on back order and i dont know how. ....the amt on my credit card was removed.
I dont know how they can have access to my credit card transactions after the fact.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Said it was new. Sent a used item that did not work. Would not return my calls. Had to contest it with my credit card.

Iphone never worked - locked to SPRINT...

I acquired an iphone SE as "unlocked new" and It never worked. Upon calling SPRINT, I found out the previous owner has an outstanding balance of $1500, and that because of that I cannot unlock the phone. They gave me a few phone numbers to reach, 6304306103, 6308860208 and 6309262210 but obviously never got a reply.

N1 wireless largely ignored my reimbursement requests, and I am stuck with a phone that cannot take a sim card.

Shady, to borderline dishonest to say the least. Bad business, worse if they are dealing stolen phones or uncollected contracts as "new unlocked".

Upset

Ordered the phone August 9th, paid for early shipping, never got the phone , requests a cancellation on August 20th. I was emailed that I would get the money back in 24-48 hours, it’s now August 26th STILL NOTHING,
No phone, no money ‼️ I wish they had a store front so I can pay them a visit🙄
