Terrible terrible service. Big time scam. The tragedy is that their link someone was on pak embassy in USA from where I got into them. Now they have changed it. They take too much time, too much money, don’t know the exact requirements, don’t respond timely and are just fleecing people with impunity. They need to be shut down. Apply for NICOP through NADRA website directly, very easy and smooth.

Please kindly, stay away from these fake people fraudsters.This is a fake website.I applied for my nadra card through this website
Now its been 9 weeks and no any update.They charged me £68 for normal but now therie number not working no any email nothing.
Waste of money waste of time.
Even they did not farward my application to nadra office.They said they have no any data or fee from my side.
So please beware of these fraudster and don't waste your time here.
Being a muslim we do believe that in the akhira they will be answerable infront of Allah for what they have done with others in this world In'sha'Allah.
So these fraudster are the real losers not us Alhamdulillah. May Allah guide them and us .Ameen.

Scam website. I've reported it to UK home office (which everyone needs to do). There are strict GDPR legalities in addition to all the laws these guys are breaking. They are also under fraud investigation through UK banks. And reported to pk.gov. I have no idea what they do with the data victims send to them (thinking they are a legitimate company) , but if it is used they'll be caught quicker I guess!

Corona virus is an advantage to them as so many things have gone on online. Shameful, all of it.

Please stay away, this is a scam. These people do not have the slightest idea on how to work the applications and are pretending to be experts who 'can help you'. Its not true and I urge you to stay away and save your money. You are better off submitting the application online yourself. Its just about uploading the required documents which these guys do not know how to do well enough to be providing a chargeable service for.

I wish I could give negative stars. It looks like a scam website, they have all my info and my money and have stopped responding. its been two months I don't know the current status

they are scam, just took money and not respond at all, not even put your application for process, they have no office in london or contact service, worse experience ever.

They are big scammers than Zardari and Sharif's.

Its a scam. You never get any papers etc. I don't know if Google is sleeping or helping the cyber crimes by ranking these fraud websites on top.

nadraonline.com is a scam website that fakes the id.nadra.gov.pk website, will take your money and identifications. I have reported them to google as well as they have google advert that brings them to top in google search.

DO NOT USE. Company is fleecing thousands of people. They should be locked up and the key thrown away. AVOID like the plague.

SCAM..... FRAUD.....Do not process any personal details on this. This website is a scam. I have been contacting them for weeks now. No response. The address is based in london. With a manchester contact number which is unreachable.with a Pakistan watsapp support line that ignore your messages. If you make the mistake get your money refunded back to you through the bank and please write a review so others do not make the mistake of using this website.

A useless bunch of people taking double the time & money that it would normally take. Only taking advantage of the fact that people take their website as the official Nadra website which it is not. The official website has gov.pk in the end. please don't waste your time and money on NadraOnline.com.

This is complete scam and I am not ready to give one star, I have been calling them for the last three weeks. They have Skype number and they never pick up unless you called them 47 times a day which I did and they picked up. The person on phone was on a road as I can hear Trucks/Buses horns in the background, when I asked him about the progress in Pakistani ID card he had no clue and told me that he will call back. I have not heard from them and upon checking from Pakistani consulate I was told it is not their official site and that we should report it to official website.

They are scam people dont apply on this website

Living in the UK it is quite normal to pay an agency to process most types of applications. The company states who they are and that they are not the official body, the service we received was the service we paid for. We are very happy and will indeed use again for my wife and son.

I've seen the negative reviews for this service but I thought I would give my perspective

I do not own a computer and travel alot. I cannot access the government Portal.. I've tried with every browser..

I saw some agencies nadraonline and nadracardcentre amongst others. I used nadraonline in the end.

I received the card no issues and I could do from my phone which I couldn't even access gov site

They did delay abit when I had to edit information but in the whole it was fine.

A very Useful website, i was applying thorough nadra official website but they don't even allow us to open website on mobile or laptop, one of my friend from UK suggested me nadraonline.com. i applied on nadraonline.com & i get my card in 35 days.
