You really want to know

You really want to know? I’m very frustrated because I can never get into my account with you all. It makes me not even want to try because it is always an ordeal. I just received a renewal notice and I can’t even check to make sure my credit card info for is still valid. I have to search for the info to get to customer service, then put in a request and then wait for a response. The response comes the next day and with something to try. That never seems to work and so we go back and forth until something finally works. It is very frustrating to me as a customer.

Domain Suspended Without Notice – Disappointing Customer Experience

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying domains from Namecheap.

My concern is not simply that my domain was suspended. My concern is how the situation was handled.

The domain was suspended by the registry, yet I never received any notification from Namecheap informing me that this had happened. I only discovered the suspension about a month later when I checked the domain myself.

What disappointed me further was being directed to deal with a third party to resolve the issue. As a customer, I purchased the domain through Namecheap and paid Namecheap for the service. I believe the registrar should take responsibility for assisting customers when problems arise with a domain under their management, rather than leaving customers to navigate the process on their own.

When choosing a registrar, I encourage people to carefully consider how the company handles customer communication, domain suspensions, and support responsibilities. My experience has left me questioning whether I can rely on Namecheap to properly inform and assist customers when critical issues affect their domains.

I love Namecheap

I love Namecheap. They are very easy to deal with and especially the monthly options on the different services that they provide so you don’t get stuck in a contract like at IONOS and then figure out that you hate something, but you have to pay for it for an entire year, they’re gonna lose a lot of customers that way, and come over to Namecheap

My experience with the company was good. However, I think there needs to be greater transparency where fees are concerned. Also,Namecheap must realize that not everyone is in high school where technology is concerned and navigating technology waters for those who are not as experienced should be made more user friendly

Misleading pricing on discounts

So far not great discount code hadn't applied on the order although it showed in the line item which is misleading, so anyone buying off them bear this in mind -nothing updates automatically and even the codes don't work when entered manually, they literally gave me the run around for 5 or 6 USD and not prepare to budge in anyway. If this is after 1 day of having purchased it makes me wonder will I be safe or should I go elsewhere?!
